Initiated and Founded by an Eminent Scientist and Businessman Dr. C.K.
Rajkumar in the year 1979.Was responsible for the introduction of many
innovative products in innovative paunches in the same year. All products
so introduced penetrated deep down the market segments and created
history in the FMCG sector.

The Pioneering and innovative Dr. Rajkumar is known for ‘taking the
Shampoo Market by storm ’In the year 1979, he launched
VelvetteShampoo in Sachet pack and at a Consumer price which was
affordable and attractive to the common man / woman living in the
Heartlands of India. Today after 25 years, Velvette Shampoo commands
10% + Market Share in the Huge Shampoo segment.

It is hailed as a success story with no parallels in the FMCG History. Dr.


C.K. Rajkumar continued withhis innovative efforts. Using his Visionary
Skills, born was, Nivaran 90 name meaning “Cure” and 90, the year of
launch. He launched India’s First herbal based Cough Syrup in Sachets.
Today Nivaran 90 completes 15 years and is the largest selling Cough
Syrup Sachet in India, available to everyone at a very affordable Price.
Attention turned towards the legendary BrahmiPlant, known for Memory
Enhancement Attributes.

Dr. C.K. Rajkumar and his team of Scientists and researcckaging.His first
history creating product Velvette Shampoo in unique sachet form was
lahers extracted Bacosides A & B from Brahmiplant. They
developed Memory Plus and the same was launched in 1996. First of it’s
kind and clinically proven, received quick acceptance from Consumers
and became, a leading Brand both in India and abroad [US, Australia etc.].
Memory Plus spearheaded the Memory revolution in India.
