It is a closed book exam. Only copy of ISO 9001:2008 Standard may be taken into the examination. ISO 9001 is the most recognized standard internationally on Quality Management System. The standard specified a systematic framework and approach to establish and implement a quality management system and attain continuous improvements. The course presents the most upto-date approaches to auditing and utilizes case studies, workshops and accelerated learning to allow learners to apply and practice their knowledge and skills throughout all the main phases of audit process. This course is based on criteria of IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors).
