IwasangrywhenCoreyundertremendouspressurefromSharptonandother minoritiescametothepodiumduringapressconferenceandessentiallydeniedthatthe lawwasmovedbypoliticalpressure,butbyblindjustice(myparaphrase).Iwasangry whenshereadanddiscussedthearrestwarrantherofficehadcreatedagainstGeorge Zimmermaninwhichheisfacinga2ndDegreeMurdercharge.Iwasangrybecausein spiteofanydenialsbyCoreyandothers,itwaspatentlyclearthatthearrestwarrant cameintobeingsolelybecauseofsocietalpressure.Hadnoonecomplainedwhen Zimmermanwasreleasedbythepolice,weneverwouldhaveheardofAngelaCorey. IalsorememberAlanDershowitzbeingnearlylividduringaTVinterview.Hehadstated thattherewasnothingintheaffidavitissuedbyCoreysofficethatproved2ndDegree murder.Notonething,yetZimmermanwasgoingtobescapegoatedforpoliticalgain. Butnow,oneyearlater,somethinghashappenedanditssuretobesomethingthatwont sitwellwithAngelaCorey.TheindictmentaccusesCoreyofallegedlywithholding photographsofZimmermansheadaftertheincident.Also,Coreyallegedlyfalselysigned anarrestwarrantunderoathwithoutincludingthepicturesasevidence.Criticsclaimthat Coreyrushedthearrestwarrantthroughbecauseactivistswererallyingaroundthe TrayvonMartinshooting,demandingthatZimmermanbechargedwithmurder.Critics arguethatCoreywasattemptingtosecureareelectionwiththesupportoftheactivists.

Asnotedabove,Coreydeliberatelyappearedtowithholdkeyevidenceandthenfalsified everythingbysigninganarrestwarrantunderoath.Inspiteofherdenialstothecontrary, itappearsthatCoreydidwhatshedidtoplacatetheactivistswhowerescreamingfor Zimmermansblood.Thisisnotjustice!Itispoliticalcorrectnessandweknowthatunder politicalcorrectness,itisnotjusticethatissought,butequality,whateverthatmeans. Ofcourse,weneedtobeclearhere.Thisisacitizensgrandjuryandwhiletheresultsof theirfindingsmayharmCoreyscareerpolitically,ithasnopowertoputherinacourtof lawthatmightresultinajailsentence.Citizensgrandjuriescarrylittleweight,butthey domakeastatement. LarryKlayman,aformerU.S.JusticeDepartmentprosecutor,aFloridalawyersince1977, andnowthecitizensprosecutorwhopresidedovertheOcalagrandjurysaidthis:The SupremeCourthasconfirmedthatthegrandjurybelongstotheAmericanpeople,notthe threebranchesofgovernment.(504U.S.36,48(1992)(quotingUnitedStatesv.R. Enterprises,Inc.,498U.S.292,297(1991)).ByindictingFloridaStateAttorneyAngela Corey,thepeopleareexercisingtheirGodgivenrights,recognizedbyourFounding Fathers,tometeoutjusticewhenthepoliticalandlegalestablishmentsubvertstherule oflaw.Hopefully,thisindictmentwillserveasawarningtothepoliticalandlegal establishmentthattheyarenotabovethelaw.Ironically,Coreywillnowbetriedand likelyconvictedforherallegedcrimeswhichresultedinZimmermanbeingcharged underfalsepretenses,nowcominghometoroostduringZimmermansongoingtrial. Corruptioncannotbetolerated,particularlybylawenforcementofficerswhoareelected bythepeopletoservetheirends,notthelawenforcementofficerspoliticalends. Whoknows,butmaybeinthenottoodistantfuture,arealjurywillpresideoveracourt caseinvolvingAngelaCoreyandherillegalities.Onecanonlyhope.
