PREFACE
Give a man a fish, he will eat it. Train a man how to fish and he will feed his family. The above saying highlights the importance of Practical knowledge. Practical knowledge and training is an important part of theoretical studies. It is of immense importance in the field of management. It offers the student to explore the valuable treasure of experience and an exposure to the real work culture followed by different organizations and thereby helping the students to bridge the gap between the theories explained in books and their practical implementation. Research project plays an important role in building the future of an individual so that he/she can better the real world in which he has to work. The theories greatly enhance our knowledge and provide opportunities to blend them with practical knowledge. I have completed the research project on Customer preference and perception toward banks selling Non Life insurance policies BANCASSURANCE. I have tried my best to cover each and every aspect related to the topic.
