Mechanics of the tournament: Eligibility

The contest is open to all Filipino citizens with active Assault Fire Philippines game accounts; last logged in at least 30 days from the time of the tournament. Participants must be part of a 5-man team with complete registration requirements and valid proof of identification. Purchase is not required to join this competition.

Game Format
Competition Mode: 5v5 Round: 5 rounds Game Mode: Search and Destroy (Bomb Mode) Time: 3 minutes per round Objective: Race to 5. Once a team reaches 5 wins, teams will switch factions. Each team will have a chance to play as GSDU (Counter Terrorist) and as Resistance (Terrorist). Intrusion: Yes Perspective: First Person Map: Seashore Character Skins: No Restriction Weapons/Equipment: No Restriction Match Creation: Match room will be created by the GM with a room named ProTour Team 1 vs. Team 2; with pre-determined password as communicated to the team leaders. Spectators will not be allowed other than the tournament marshal and GM.

General Rules
There will be 32 team slots for the qualifier. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. All members must have a game account registered under their names.

All teams should be present during the registration period. We wont accept late registrants. Once the teams lineup has been registered, it can no longer be changed. Players will be required to use their personal accounts during the tournament. Match-ups will be randomly determined via Challonge.com Teams on top of the match-up will be marked as GSDU, while teams at the bottom will be marked as Resistance.

Regional Finals Rules


All team members must have a unique game account registered under their names. Participants must use their own game accounts during the tournament. The teams roster that played during the Qualifiers should be the exact roster that will play during the Regional Finals. Teams participating in the online eliminations must be logged in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.

Player Responsibilities and Guidelines


Teams must designate a Team Captain who will handle all decisions for the team. Marshalls will consider decisions made by the team captain as final for the entire team. Teams must be present at the tournament area 15 minutes before the match. Setup period before the actual match is 5 MINUTES ONLY (Including mouse and keyboard replacement). Players who are unable to finish setting up within this period must begin playing with whatever configuration and character setup they are left with. No time extension and special considerations for the setup will be given. Substitutions are not allowed.

Disqualification Rules:

If two (2) or more members fail to appear for their scheduled match, the present complete team will be declared as the automatic winner. If a team does not show up within 15 minutes grace period with their scheduled match, the team will be forfeit and the complete team will win. Intentional disconnection (ALT F4/Manual DC/Windows Button) will lead to the forfeiture of the match. Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Teams/members of the team exhibiting unruly conduct will be disqualified, handing the opposing team the match.

Rules on Fouls:
Technical Foul is defined as engaging in any behavior that is unsportsmanlike and includes excessive profanity or violence against property or individuals including the marshals. Players are not allowed to abandon their terminals without the marshals approval. Teams with at least one (1) member who abandoned their terminal without the marshals approval will be disqualified and are not eligible to claim any prizes from the tournament. Employees, suppliers and service providers of Playweb Games Inc and Mineski-Events Team and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining any stage; including the finals, of any Assault Fire Pro Tour and any of its subtournaments. This also includes the use of characters they own and accounts they maintain. Playweb Games Inc. has the right to hold and not give all prizes of disqualified teams. Technical issues encountered during the event will be assessed by the Field Marshal(s). Only major technical problems will merit game suspension and/or restart at the discretion of the Field Marshal. Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the MET Tournament Director, head judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as dictated by the severity of the case.

Participants must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines set forth by the Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials. The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, Game Marshall and MET Tournament Director IS FINAL.
