DISCUSSION
Powerfully tonifies Qi, for exhaustion, deep-seated weakness, chronic diseases and chronic fatigue. Tonifies the root, the hara, preserves and nourished prenatal Qi. A lack of Qi is indicated if CV4 area is excessively soft or flaccid upon palpation, whereupon the fingers just sink in. Main point for fatigue, weakness, exhaustion, deficient Qi and blood syndromes. Kidney Qi, jing, Yang deficiency, for low back pain, hair loss, premature graying of the hair, bone disorders, Kidney diarrhea (5am), reproductive disorders, failing memory, weak legs. Important point for treatment of the elderly. Urogenital disorders, especially due to deficiency and cold, incontinence, clear copious urine, enuresis, nocturia. Main point for impotence, low sex drive, male infertility. Main point for all menstrual disorders related to deficiency, cold stagnation, for pale, scanty blood, or long drawn out cycles. Important point for infertility due to cold in the uterus, and for lack of sexual desire, prolapse. Main point for Qi tonification or Qi stagnation with underlying deficiency. Spleen/Stomach Qi deficiency with poor digestion, loose tools, fatigue, emaciation. Menstrual disorders from Qi or Spleen deficiency.

Center point of the body, main No needle. Salt Moxa ok point for revival from extreme weakness or long-term exhaustion. Very effective for chronic dysentery or chronic cold diarrhea or loose stools from Spleen deficiency. Important point for anal prolapse. Analgesic herbal plasters over the navel have been effective for preventing motion sickness (cars, boats, etc.). Apply 12 hours before traveling. A thick piece of fresh ginger taped over the navel may be helpful for morning sickness, nausea and mild vomiting. Herbal plasters over the navel have been used to treat a variety of digestive related disorders, and are especially effective for treating babies and small children. DISCUSSION
Main tonification point for the upper warmer, often thought of as the upper warmer front-mu point, warms and strengthens the Qi of the chest. Main point for chronic LU problems, asthma, wheezing, dyspnea, cough, expands the chest and circulates and descends LU Qi, dilates the bronchioles and relaxes tightness and restriction in the thorax. Similar to and often combined with LU9, good points for smoking cessation treatment. Main point for breast problems, insufficient lactation, mastitis, benign lumps Point name is Heaven Rushing, for Qi in the chest that rises up, main point for asthma, wheezing, pain in the upper chest, throat tightness and constriction, voice problems, combine with PC5 for upper chest tightness. Window of the sky point, special for aphasia, combine with HT5. For hiccups have the practitioner stand in front of the patinet who is sitting. Place thumb or finger on CV22 and press in an inferior direction while the patient holds his breath for as long as possible. May take two or three repetitions to be effective.
