Commonwealth of Australia Migration Regulations 1994 ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS (Clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112) I, CHRIS BOWEN, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112 of Schedule 2 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations): 1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 12/053 signed on 18 June 2012, specifying eligible education providers and educational business partners for the purposes of clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112; AND SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 573.112(a) and 574.112(a) and clause 575.112 the education providers listed in column A of Schedule A to this Instrument as an eligible education provider; AND SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 573.112(b) and 574.112(b) the education providers listed in column B of Schedule A to this Instrument as educational business partners of the education provider mentioned in column 1.
