Section 9: Course Management Provide a commentary on the following: Institution Management and Committee Structures Strategies employed for effective programme management Input of students into decision making processes Any accreditation, statutory and/or regulatory body reports received, including commendations and areas requiring action Any changes to the accreditation/recognition/regulatory status which may affect the ability of Institution to legally operate UW validated schemes

Section 10: Unfair Practice, Complaints and Appeals Provide a summary of and commentary on: Suspected cases of unfair practice and outcomes from Committees of Enquiry Summary of complaints and appeals made, and outcomes Institutional procedures for dealing with student complaints and appeals Implementation of University of Wales verification and appeals procedure

Section 11: Equality and Diversity Provide a commentary on the following: Institutional equality and diversity policies and compliance with statutory frameworks Arrangements for monitoring the implementation of equality and diversity policies Support infrastructure for students with special needs

Evidence of good practice in relation to equality and diversity

Section 12: External Examiner, Moderator (and External Expert*) Reports Provide a summary of issues raised in the reports, highlighting issues to be addressed, action to be taken and areas of good practice to be disseminated. Attach full copies of all reports received during the Academic Session (electronic versions will have been sent) and provide a full response to each specific recommendations made by the External Examiner/ Moderator (/ External Expert*). Section 13: Interaction with the University of Wales Provide a commentary and evaluation of the interaction between the Institution and the University of Wales during the past session, to include: Interaction with Moderator (/External Expert*) Interaction with staff in the Validation Unit/ University of Wales Information provided by the University University procedures and regulations (other than unfair practice, verification and appeals) Issues relating to the Online Library/UW website
