Studying anatomy and physiology gave me a deep insight about basic human systems and their functioning like

Nervous System, Musculoskeletal System, Cardiac System etc. and their function normally and under influence of environmental factors. Applied Biomechanics taught me the basics of joints, Joint Range of Motion, axis and plane of motion, abnormal movements due to any injury or surgery, Posture Normal and Abnormal and its correction etc. Kinesiology taught the basics of human movement, its analysis- kinetics and kinematics, Biomechanical Analysis of Human Gait, Joint Motion- chains of movement, Management of Abnormal Gait etc. Fundamentals of Biomechanics & Exercise Therapy taught me the basic correlation between biomechanics of the human body and exercise. Studying physiotherapeutic in neurology helped me identify various neurological dysfunction clinically, set goals and apply therapeutic skills in different neurological conditions. Reviewing basic neuroanatomy and physiology, evaluation of a neurological patient, electro diagnostic procedures, interpretations and prognosis in different neurological conditions, rehabilitation goals and ADL training. . Physiotherapeutic in Cardiology helped in understanding anatomy and physiology of cardiac system, clinical examination in cardiovascular conditions and lung functions, their treatment and physiotherapeutic management of these conditions. The effect of exercise on cardiac system, lung capacities and volumes and how can we increase them. Physiotherapeutic in sports taught me the principles for fitness testing like pre-exercise evaluation, measurement of fitness components and sports skills, biomechanical aspects of sports etc. Also it taught me about the various sport injuries common to a specific sport and its treatment, also the prevention of these injuries along with the Principles of training & rehabilitation in sports injuries etc. also about the physiological effects of exercise on various body systems like muscular System, Endocrine System, Nervous System, Cardio-respiratory System. I also studied Research Methodology & Bio-Statistics in my undergraduate which taught me how one can use biostatistics, how to collect data from experiments and surveys and present that collected data the measurements of central tendency, dispersion or variation, skewness normal distribution & characteristics of Normal Curve using all the above to calculate various life indexes like population growth, morbidity rate, fertility rate etc.

Research methodology helped me in developing skills of critical thinking and selection of research strategy.

Acquiring skills to review literature, formulate problems, research writing and publishing. TYPES of research, concepts of measurements, research design, interpretation of experimental findings etc.
