Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive Scheme

Introduction Youth Power Volunteer is introducing a new recognition incentive scheme for 2013. This scheme aims to encourage, reward, and recognize young volunteers aged 15 or older, who are dedicating their time and efforts voluntarily to the communities. Participant Participants are students in participating schools aged 15 or older who register on the scheme with their respective school. Terms & Conditions

Participants will only qualify to register on the Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme once they are registered as a participant with Youth Power Volunteers participating school. Participants must be at least 15 years old to register for Youth Power Recognition scheme. Participants can register only once for the Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme and receive only one prize. Participants will only qualify to register for the Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme if the volunteering is carried out at a non-profit organization. Participants will need to complete a Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme timesheet (provided by Youth Power Volunteer), showing a minimum completion of 15 volunteering hours and a representatives signature from the non-profit organization where volunteering has been carried out Participants will receive his / her / their 1st prize once Youth Power Volunteers teacher in charge verifies that the volunteering hours have been completed at the registered non-profit organization(s), and Youth Power Volunteers organizer / founder selects the best personal volunteering experience statement. 1st prize will be presented to the winning participant(s) at the participating schools unless otherwise advised Volunteering hours cannot be backdated and hours will only count once the participant registers with the Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme. 1

Prizes

Participants must register with Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme before August 1st, 2013. Participants must submit the volunteering timesheets and personal volunteering experience statements to participating school by Monday, November 4, 2013 to qualify for their incentive. The Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive schemes Terms and Conditions are subjected to change at any time. The prizes of Youth Power Volunteer Recognition Incentive scheme are subjected to change at any time. All winners decided by Youth Power Volunteer are final. The volunteering hours can be carried out at only one registered non-profit organization If the prizes are not available, alternative prizes will be offered.

Only one 1 prize for schools with 50 or less participants, and two 1 prizes for schools with 51 or more qualified participants will be offered. 1 Prize: Apple iPad mini 16GB All participants with a minimum of 15 hours of volunteer will be given recognition certificates from YPV Center.
