1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1.1 Product & Services

Products and Services we provide now and in the near future are: Online Christian Bible Studies We provide free online bible study lesson with pop quizzes and certificates of completion here: Love the Lord First Ministries Bible Studies http://lovethelordfirst.weebly.com/study.html Pastoral tools We also provide free pastoral tools such as sermon helpers, printable bible verses, sermons, that online publishers can embed on their website if they have one. Healing Families Projects Healing families project is a combination of several types of assistance we provide which is unique because other church's, charities, agencies, or ministries do not help with the type of funding we provide. 1. We help the homeless by bring free breakfast, blankets, drinks, and other necessities to them in the streets 2. We provide financial assistance to low income individuals to obtain State Id's, Drivers licenses, and birth certificates (for eligible participants) so they have the proper identification needed to seek employment. 3. We provide deposits on utility bills for low income individuals and families who cannot obtain this type of assistance from other programs. 4. Help with rental/purchase deposits for a home or apartment Many low income individuals and families can afford the monthly payment to rent or own a place to live but cannot afford to pay the deposit or down payment to get into the home. There are few if any other agencies that provide for home or apartment rental or purchase deposits . Affiliate stores We have two online affiliate stores connected directly to our ministry website via Amaxon and Cafe press, in which 50% of profits generated from these two stores go to support our healing families projects and to pay for our website upgrades which keep them running smoothly. Fund Raising Activities We also plan to have fund raising activities such as bake sales, car washes, and metal scrapping to raise funds for emergency situations and worthy causes such as cancer, leukemia, diabetes.

Environmental Educational Resources

We plan to provide online information to help people become more environmentally conscious via our website and blog. We are also interested in finding a way to help people get started using solar energy and conserving our natural resources with the hopes that we may be able to provide assistance to low income families to help people switch to solar powered energy which will save them money and help improve our environment. FREE Bible Study Website I created this website after I had a spiritual awakening and calling from the Lord. Not only does it keep me constantly studying the word of God but it also allows me to share what I learn with others thereby spreading His word faster than I could do face to face. During my learning process I learned how to make Pop quizzes and lessons as well and allow my viewers to use my studies, teachings, and sermons for themselves, bible study groups, or church groups at no cost.

As a business owner I found myself swamped with helpful information but understood very little of it at first because there was simply too much information for my mind to comprehend all at once. So as I learned how to use the available tools, I simply broke it down and made it easier to understand and I thought other new business owners may have the same problems as I did so I created this site:

Getting and keeping customers interested in our products and services as well as keeping them as a loyal customer base is a n overall concern for our ministry. Our products and services are available to everyone. We consistently contact our customer base by email, RSS feeds, and blogs, as well as, random survey questions. Contact numbers are in the footer on every page of our websites. If ou customers cannot get a complaint resolved through our affiliates the owner Rev. Penelope M. Dean will personally contact our clients whether old or new. Our Target Market Our target market is anyone and everyone who shops online that want top quality, name brand and U.S.A. Made products as they become available and services at low prices no matter what their financial state is but to be more specific for the sake of the business plan: Low income individuals and families Low income families and individuals who are obviously trying to a positive effort toward self sufficiency Low income people who need copies of their birth certificates, ID, and driver's licenses and social security cards to get jobs

2.1 Mission Statement and Core Beliefs

Our Mission Statement: LTLF Ministries makes these promises to serve the Lord first in our lives, teaching, and provide for families in need with a true loving spirit of Jesus Christ of the Lord Father in Heaven. We will seek only the truth and have a desire to help families and animals who have fallen through the cracks of other programs and have no other help available. We pledge our lives to Christ and make a covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and the community on all levels. We promise to help people, animals, and our environment in every way possible. Our Core Beliefs
Love the Lord Ministries Core Beliefs First and foremost we believe that once saved and baptized that we must strive continually to put the Lord first in our lives, making Him the central focal point rather than the things of this earth. We believe that our relationship with the Lord should be the most important relationship we have. God We believe that God created the earth and everything in it. We believe he is a supreme being who has and uses His divine abilities and spirit to guide us and help us here on this earth. We believe God in heaven sent His only Son Jesus Christ to earth as a blood sacrifice for our sins. Jesus Christ We believe Jesus Christ is the only Son of God in Heaven and that he not only died to save us from the ultimate punishment for our sins but that He did, in fact, was raised from the dead and left His spirit to reside in us his faithful servants. We also believe that Jesus Christ is the supreme example showing us the way to get to God in Heaven. Holy Ghost We believe the Holy Ghost is the spirit of Jesus Christ who lives inside of us, has power over our lives, and teaches us all things. Obedience We believe that not only the Ten Commandments but all of the commandments addressed in the Holy Bible (KJV) are to be written on our doorposts and an integral part of our daily lives. Study We believe that studying the word of God will not only help us to understand it better, and will ensure that we do not be deceived, but will most importantly show us approved by God. Praying

We believe praying to the Lord is a direct line of communication between us and the Lord, we believe that if we do not ask amiss, ask in Jesus Christ's Holy name, and ask unselfishly on behalf of family, friends, strangers, the government, and others, as well as ourselves that our prayer's will be answered. Faith We believe that if our faith (believing even if you can't see it at the time) and trust in the Lord will make huge differences for the good in all of our lives. Words We believe that the words you speak out of your mouth have power and that as servants of the Lord we will do our best to control our tongues and only speak good over our lives and others. Environment We believe that is our duty to restore our environment by conserving energy resources, depending on more environmentally friendly ways of living, and utilizing natural resources without harming the environment or ecosystems put in place by God

3. MARKET RESEARCH
3.1 Industry
Our market research is a combined effort of several members who lived as homeless individuals for a period of 2 years or more and interviews with low income and the homeless to find out what services they were not getting which kept them homeless in spite of the fact that many of them were in fact

working low paying jobs. Our studies indicated that the services we plan to provide are the ones they are lacking (as previously mentioned) because no other agency or ministry helps with these services. We provide periodic surveys and questions to our viewers and members on our website Love the Lord First Ministries

3.2 Customers
We believe that our customer's want to do business with companies which provide high quality products and service, as well as, great personalized customer service. We value our customer's and we let them know it by asking them questions, sending them personalized emails, taking surveys, and talking with them on social networks, as well as, the telephone. All of our Affiliate stores offer a money back or replacement products, if the customer is not satisfied, and many items can be shipped free of charge.

3.3 Competitors
Our competitors are other ministries and agencies which provide which provide online bible studies for free and some offer studies to pay for. However, we have a several advantages over our competitors as we offer a wide range of services catering to all of our customers needs physical, emotional, and spiritual while catering to their need for personal contact.

3.4 Competitive Advantage

No other agency offers the type of financial assistance we provide to families in need through our healing families projects nor the type of valuable insight, inspirations, as well as financial assistance that we offer. Some of the ways we go above and beyond what our competitors offer are: 1. None of our competitors provide the type of services we provide for the homeless and low income families so in this area we have no competitors. 2. Another thing that distinguishes us from our competition is that we offer many online services via several different websites to people free in an effort to get them on their feet so they can learn how to improve their thoughts and actions with the hopes and prayers that one day they will become successful and pull out of whatever current rut they seem to be stuck in. 3. We do not have donate buttons on our website as we cannot afford to pay for the 301 status so we are probably the only ministry that has to literally earn the money to support these projects by selling products online via affiliate stores, bake sales, car washes, and metal scrapping projects.

Products and service line we offer are: Online free bible studies with pop quizzes and certificates of achievement Christian business Listings where Christian business owners can connect with each other and where Christian customers who prefer doing business with Christian owners can find each

other. Business management tools to help people who want to start their own business/ Affiliate stores where our customers can shop online for anything and everything that they may need for them their home, personal well being, spiritual growth and physical needs,. We have a bridal boutique We have free tools for ministers and Christian teachers as well as for study. Other tools they need can be located easily in our online stores. Our products include but are not limited to household items, pet care products, automotive, hardware, appliances , clothing, cosmetics, and much more. Through our Affiliate stores we offer many items with free or discounted shipping. Also via our Affiliate partners we offer your money back if not satisfied

4.2 Pricing Structure

Since we only use affiliate stores and ads at this time we do not have a pricing structure but do collect advertising fees as an online publisher promoting other companies products 5. MARKETING & SALES

5.1 Growth Strategy

Marketing Strategies I have acquired an associates degree in Business Management/Marketing and am presently attending DeVry online to achieve my bachelor's degree in Business Administration so my education is primarily in business management, marketing, and administration I plan to utilize newspapers, flyers, and most online resources such as business and social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Google, and Linkedin to promote Love the Lord First Ministries. We also utilize flyers, newspaper ads, and online hangouts to promote public interest and make our brand name familiar to people as familiarity brings business so we believe in letting everyone everywhere know what we are about and where we are headed.

5.2 Communication
Communication with Customers Customer communication is the backbone to any business. If customers cannot contact you or if you do not reach out to them they will trust you business less, so we contact our customers personally via email, over the phone, and even in person. I also provide contact numbers and email addresses on the footer of every webpage. During fundraising activities or homeless project we actually go out into the community, distributing, flyers, food, clothing, and other need items for the homeless, Prior to these events we contact our customers to see if they would like to be involved. Whenever customers do business with us we reach out to them via a personalized email thanking them and asking if they were satisfied with our service. I also provide comment sections on the websites to get feedback.

5.3 Prospects
Product and Services Sales All products will be provided online via our affiliate stores and ads. Sales reports are available upon request. All bible studies are held online in virtual class rooms or via our web pages. All other services will be made over the phone or in person by the owner or board member. Any complaints are handled personally over the phone, email, or web cam.

Overhead costs
By operating our ministry and stores only online we are able to save on overhead costs that most birck and mortar stores incur and that would take away from needed funds to help the homeless and people in need who have applied for our Healing Families Assistance. However, we do have a brick and mortar store and bible study building in our 10 year plan.
