Du Ek Sam, lnc. Management is pleased to announce that starting June L5, 20L3, we will start implementing the Piso Serbis You Promo to all Honda 35 & Mini 35 Branches (please see attached list of Branches that are qualified to join the Promo). Piso Serbis You is a program of Honda that aims to address our customers' call for high quality services at a lower cost and regain and invite more customers to make our after-sales business profitable and potential buyers to our products. With this
program, a customer can avail our TUNE UP & CHANGE OIL package (labor only) for as low as Php 25.00. For the 25 check points of tune up, customer has to pay only Php1.00 per check point that is why it is called "PISO SERBISYOU". Below are the mechanics/conditions to availthe promo:
1. Only Honda 35 Shops are qualified to join this promo (pls see attached list). 2. lN or OUT of Warranty units and units purchased from Non-Honda Accredited Stores are entitled 3.
to this promo as long as it's a HONDA motorcycle and is brought for service in a Honda 35 shops. Customer must purchase at least one (1) bottle of any variant of Honda genuine oil otherwise, he/she cannot availthe promo. Customer can avail a Php 5.00 discount on top of our existing oil discount for one (1) of any variant of Honda genuine oil. Note: Each motorcycle is entitled to one (1) oil discount per transaction. Regular labor rates shall apply for each checkpoint if the customer does not avail the entire
package.

labor charge will be charged to the customer if he/she wishes to avail additional services not included from the 25 checkpoints. Example: A customer availed the 25 checkpoints tune-up, purchased a Honda genuine oil and he/she requested to have his/her speedometer cable replaced. The total amount to be charged to the customer is, Php 25.00+cost of oil+cost of speedometer cable+labor charge of speedometer cable replacement. Mechanics must perform the 25 check points properly (pls see attached the list of 25 check
points). Branch must submit to Head Office the reports listed betow "not later than every Sth day'' of the following month c/o Ms. Helen Bautista (DO NOT SEND DIRECTLY TO HONDA as our HO will do the one time submission to Honda together with the other requirements):

To run the promo smoothly and effectively, here are some important things to consider: lmplementing this promo is expected to double or even triple the number of customers coming in our shops, so Branch Managers are instructed to designate somebody to do the documentation and entertain our customers especially to those Branches without Service Advisor. Below are suggested systems to accommodate our customers well: a) Appointment System - this is to prevent overflowing of customers in our shops and to avoid making them bored while waiting for their turn. b) lssuance of priority number to queuing customers to make sure that the one who comes first will be served first. 2. To achieve the goal of this program of making our after-sales business profitable, mechanics are expected to up sell or recommend replacement of maintenance parts and other necessary repairs during the performance of the 25 check points. Attached is a copy of the Recommendation Form which will be accomplished in 2 copies, l- for the customer and the other 1 for file. 3. Service Advisor, Mechanics or the designated employee must explain well to the customer the findings on his/her motorcycle noted during the check up and the recommendation made. 4. Managers should see to it that your mechanics have complete set of tools to perform its assigned tasks properly. As condition/requirement no. 8b requires the Branch to classifu Sales of Parts and Oil into three (3) categories such as Service Related, Walk - ln & Whole Sale; Parts custodians are instructed to put marks on the Sl for easy classification. For reporting purposes, Branch shall report the PISO Serbisyou transaction at Php 100.00 per transaction but in two (2) columns. Php 25.00 would be under the Piso Serbisyou and Php75.00 under Free of Charge {FOC) to easily determine the mechanics' share. (pls. see attached new format of labor lncome summary). Mechanics will also get share from the Honda subsidy but only upon the receipt of payment from Honda. Head Office will be responsible to prepare the distribution and advice.
