Raman In his first visit abroad as the President of China since assuming office on March 14, 2013, Mr. Xi 22-30 and attend the fifth BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) summit on March 26-27 in Durban, South Africa. In the margins of the summit, he is scheduled to have bilateral talks with Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
