Factor analysis test:

All the variables along with their description are shown in the table 1:
Variable X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 X7 X8 X9 X10 X11 TABLE 1 shows the list of variables along with their description Description I get stressed when someone find fault in my work. I have family problems and that cause stress. Long working hour and high work load cause stress. I get stressed when my work is not recognized. I have financial problem and that cause stress. I feel my job description doesnt suit my profile. I cant complete my work within the specific time My relationship with other employees get affected I commit more number of mistakes I lose my patience while dealing with customers I feel like quitting the job

All this provided that we can proceed with factor analysis and the result of factor analysis over 11 factors shown that there are 5 key factors, which was determined by clubbing the similar variables and ignoring the rest.

The table 2 shows the respective percentage of variance of all these factors derived from factor analysis

It is observed from table 2 that only 5 factors has Eigen value more than one, so accordingly we preceded with these factors. The total variance explained by factor 1,2,3,4 and 5 is 13.240, 12.794, 12.444, 12.020, 10.998 percent of variance , whereas the cumulative variance explained by all these factors is 61.495 percent and rest of the variance is due to the factors which are beyond the scope of study.

The table 3 shows that each statement corresponding to the highlighted factor loading is correlated with the factor corresponding to that factor loading. Higher the factor loading, stronger is the correlation between the factors and statement .On the basis of rotated component matrix the factor extraction table has been prepared which is as:

Table 4 is Factor Extraction Table which is shows the variables in each factor with corresponding loading and percentage of variance:

Lack of workload and existing level among employees

Long working hours and high work load cause stress. My relationships with other employees get affected. I lose my patience while dealing with the clients.

The above stated factors are in the order of degree of importance i.e. factor 1 is more important than the factor 2; factor 2 is more important than factor 3 and so on. The factor 1 and 2 has 13.240%, and 12.794% of variance which is highest variance as compared with factor 3, 4 and 5 where % of variance is 12.444, 12.020 and 10.998. Here, it is found that lack of job description, lack of family problems and completeness of work, lack of financial problems, lack of workload and find faults in the work and when work is not recognized are acting as main barriers in the subscription of stress.
