Special Note : -- In addition to the Prescribed syllabus, the students are advised to study all the aspects related with the above mentioned Papers including Latest Case Law. Questions may be asked on these also.
SYLLABUS :-
LL.B.Part-I
(General Principles of ConTract and Specific Relief)
Law of Contract-I
Paper-I
The paper shall be of 100 marks and of Three hours duration. The candidates will have to attempt five questions in all. A question may or may not be divided in parts but where a question is divided in parts ,the candidates will have to attempt all parts of the same question in continuation .Question or a part thereof may be based on principles and contents of law/ codified law ,on problems or decided cases. In addition to the following questions may be asked on aspects related with this paper.The course shall comprise of : (i) (ii) Contract Act Specific Relief Act Sections (1-75) All Sections
