A local group of outstanding softball ladies from Ozark traveled to Russellville to take on one of their biggest challenges they have faced in years, the 14 & under USSSA Rec State tournament. Over the last two years, these ladies have showed a lot of teamwork and xtreme dedication for a sport they love dearly. On July 13, 2013, these girls biggest dream came true. After a long battling day and several high ranked teams, Team Xtreme came out on top to win the title of State Champions. Congratulations Macey Hurt, Destiny Hunt, Sydney Casto, Destinee Mausa, Chelsea Haney, Nicole Ellis, Whitney Crouch, Emily Williams, Ariel Walker, Kennedy Timmerman, Shaylee Williams, Brooklyn Kelly and Annah Kessler, along with coaches Todd Timmerman, Jason Crouch, Neil Haney, Justin Shelton and Gary Hunt. We all are very proud of the accomplishments each one of you have made.
