Raise the arms overhead, interlocking the thumbs. Press the hips down, lower the arms to the ground in front of you, keeping your back flat, until the head touches the ground. Rest the little fingers on the floor, keeping the wrists and forearms lifted. Push back to press the hips down, elongating the spine. Exhale, lift the body up with a flat back until the arms are overhead. Release the arms down.
