From an intermediate girl's class in Ohio.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Coble;

and us. Would you not like to join us and them in praying for this work to conline and,' progress as the Lord leads and according to His will and purpose? We are sending out appeals for prayer to as many as will make it a rule of their lives
to do so. We like offerings when they come that say, "Use it wherever you have need for it." It seems as though such people have a faith in us. That they believe we will do our best to use it according to the best in terest of the work as we earnestly pray that we will be led aright in handling the funds that are placed in our hands. Gospel in the countries of Europe and to let you know you are ever in my prayers. I am enclosing my little offering to help in what ever way you think best. Now may the Lord bless you and give you health and may you remember me as your sister in Christ. (The above is the answer to the following question that people sometimes ask: "I do not see how you can go so much and do so much, crippled as you are with rheumatism or arthritis, high blood pressure, nervous trouble, etc., and Mr. Coble deaf in one ear." We can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us. It's not easy sometimes. Neither would sitting in a rocking chair be easy for us, thinking about our ailments and worrying about the financial future. The great help to us and to the work are the prayers being offered in our behalf from in
terested Christians like those who wrote the above letter who believe that "God Answers Prayer")

I thank you for receipt. My, what a swing around the country you have made in the interest of the Lord's work. Eternity alone will reveal the worth of it all. How happy we are to be privileged to share in it, even so little as I am able to send. But I can pray, no limit there, and that the Lord will grant all of your needs, physical, spiritual and financial. Enclosed is my March offering. It comes wrapped in intercessory prayer for the work and the workers. Keep looking up for He is nigh. Even at the doors. Mark 13; 28-33 " the blessed hope. Sincerely yours in

On the cover is a picture of Radio Luxembourg's radio and television studios we took on our recent trip to the station. The tower, in the smalhr picture, is a part of this same building, but it is hidden by the tree on the left. Atop this tower are several low-powered transmitters beamed in the direction of the high-powered transmitters located several miles outsid" of the city. These high-powered transmitters relay the broadcasts received from the studios to a very large ar"a covering
most Oi the countries of Europe. They are the most powerful transmitters in the world. The value of this powerful station was realized by our forces during World War II, and the program, "Die Stimme Amerika" (Voice of America), was broadcast from these trans

We are happy and fortunate to be able to work with the Cobles and the Gospel Broad casting Mission in this vital work of broad-jasting the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour,

LUXEMBOURG CITY {A City of Baauty & Opportunify)

in our opinion, Luxembourg is one of the
most beautiful cities in Europe. One of its chief physi al characteristics is th'^ deep, beautiful valley that divides the city in half. This provides a large park with cobble-stone foot paths winding around its steep sides. An
ancient stone fortress also adds interest to the

park, and flowers and trees provide a natural setting of beauty.

The full scope of this park is seen from the

city's two main bridges. Besid'^s the Adolf bridge, shown in the picture, there is another older bridga called the "Alte Bruecke."

In addition to being a beautiful city, Luxem bourg is ideally located for broadcasting work. The entire country is only the size of an average county in America, and its borders touch the edges of Belgium, G'rmany and France. The languages of all three of these countries are spoken fluently and inter-

chang'^ably by the natives. English, too, is

wid..iy used and taught in the schools. For the work of Christian broadcasting, Luxembourg offers the very best opportuni ties in reaching out to the countries of Europe with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (Luximbourg is the official spelling of the city and country by the natives there, and also by the Germans. If, however, this app-ars awkward in American print, the spelling of Luxemburg is acceptable.)

once for all delivered to the saints.

It is not what we give but what we share, for the gift without the giver is bare. As though it were Jesus saying, "He who gives himself with his Alms feeds three himself, his hungering neighbor and Me." So let us share our gifts and thanks with those of Europe who gave us our first Thanksgivmg Day. Also those who kept America in those early days free. Yes, gave us freedom to worship God. "They, those European ancestors, left un stained what here they found Freedom to Worship God." Let's keep it that way here and return the Gospel plea to them with thankful hearts this Thanksgiving season. What a wonderful Thanksgiving it will be if each of you would send $1 even now and say we want the gospel preached in Ger man and English by radio in Europe. And say we promise, circumstances permitting, to send a like amount each month that pro grams in Europe can continue indefinitely

Plan big take God as your partner. Jesus said, "Give and it shall be given unto you, pressed down and running over, shaken to
gether." God will bless these radio pro grams and the missionaries and give souls for their crowns and yours. Only believe, that He can and will accomplish His pui^iose beginning with you!

"M God is your partner make your plans big." He said "Go," and "Lo, I am with thee." With this promise we are going for

God has not forsaken us during the six and one-half and more years we have been working to put and keep His gospel on the air in English over Continental Europe and the British Isles. He wants every tongue and tribe to hear of his gospel. The German speaking people need this gospel. They need it in great numbers. And now much more since communism is put ting on a great and concerted effort to make the whole world atheistic. Will you put your fist in this wall of sweeping, plunging water of atheism and hold back this evil and destroy

ing them via both the printed page (mimeo graphed papers) and the radio broadcast is an effective way for making initial contacts." There are so many inspiring things Ed says. They thrill and also sadden us because so much could be done if you would take this burden onYyour hearts and send an offering

A family near Bremen wrote and told us how they enjoyed having early morn ing family devotions around their radio. Still others from East Germany risked being imprisoned by Communist authorities to write us, requesting a copy of the broadcast! (It is against the law in East Germany to listen to
