Science LASU requires at least two A level passes with credit passes in English Language and Literature in English at O level. LASU accepts First Degree (minimum of third Class Upper)/Diploma in law with Upper Credit plus credit in five 'O' level subjects to include English Language and English Literature. ANSU and ILORIN do not require English Literature for degree holders. BENIN requires UME requirements plus two 'A' level passes; Merit in own Diploma/Other recognised University Diploma (credit)/Upper credit) in Law, Social Work, International Studies and Diplomacy, Public Admin; HND (Lower credit) and NCE with credit passes in two Teaching subjects; Degree with at least Second Class Lower Division. IGBINEDION accepts Diploma from recognised institutions. RSUST and OAU accept First Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class Honours plus UTME requirements, but does not accept NCE/OND/HND. ABSU accepts Diploma in Law (upper credit), OND, ACIS, ACA 1st Degree (2nd class lower). DELSU requires 'A' level English in Literature in English and any relevant Diploma. BAYERO accepts Diploma in Law (Upper Credit); Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies of BUK (Merit). LASU accepts degree with minimum of third class and also accepts a two year LASU Diploma in Sharia/Islamic Studies or Arabic, not lower than Upper Credit plus Credit in five subjects to include English Language, Literature in English, Islamic Studies or Arabic Studies and any other two subjects at 'O' Level. Also accepts its own Foundation Programme.

UTME (i) ILORIN accepts any three other subjects. (ii) BAYERO requires Islamic Studies/Arabic and Literature in English for Common and Islamic Law.
