Diaz County Clerk Bronx County Clerk's Office 851 Grand Concourse, Room 118 Bronx, NY 10451 Dear Mr. Diaz: As the Minority Leader of the Republican delegation of the New York City Council, I write to advise you that pursuant to Section 3-204(4) of the New York State Election Law, a caucus of the City Council Republicans was held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 to vote on the appointment of Mr. Michael A. Rendino to the New York City Board of Elections. Mr. Rendino resides at 199 Throggs Neck Blvd, Bronx, NY 10465 and is a registered Republican. The Republican City Council Members voted by majority vote to appoint Mr. Rendino as the Republican Commissioner of Elections representing Bronx County, effective today, to complete the remainder of a four-year term that began on January 1, 2013 and ends on December 31, 2016. This letter shall serve as Mr. Rendino's Certificate of Appointment. Pursuant to Section 3-210 of the New York State Election Law, this letter is being transmitted to you for filing within your office.
