Pre Incident Plan (PIP) Type of Emergency/Scenario: INJURY/SERIOUS INJURY (SINGLE CASUALTY) Location of Emergency/Scenario: TERENGGANU CRUDE OIL TERMINAL (TCOT) INJURY/SERIOUS INJURY AT TERENGGANU CRUDE OIL TERMINAL (TCOT) (SINGLE CASUALTY) RESPONSE OBJECTIVE(S):
1 2 3 First line treatment by available First Aider and mobilize to nearest Medical Service provider for further treatment To ensure main/primary response action to be taken immediately such as emergency announcement, emergency support from ERT and external resources and notification to PMO Incident Commander Other non primary response action shall be carried out base on Emergency Response Plan (e.g. Emergency Log Keeping, Headcount)

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE BY:

1. On Scene Commander (OSC)

ACTION
1.1 Upon being notified for any single casualty in Terminal, notify CEFS Response for medical support 1.2 Notify PMO Incident Commander (PMO IC) via phone call

1stRESPONSE BY:
1. CEFS Response

ACTION
1.1 Mobilize Medical Team to TCOT & alert PETRONAS Integrated Clinic (PIC) and Klinik Rantau PETRONAS (KRP) about the case. If the injury takes place during public holiday, CEFS will notify KRP. If the injury take place from 8am 10pm (non public holiday), CEFS will notify PIC. 1.2 Mobilize injured person (IP) to identified clinic

RESOURCES REQUIRED
CEFS response are taking care of their emergency response resources such as medical team/ambulance etc

REMARKS

2. PIC/KRP

2.1 Treat or stabilize IP accordingly at PIC/KRP. If referral is needed, PIC/KRP will send the IP to Government/Private Hospital. If referral is not needed, PIC/KRP will continue treatment & follow up. 2.2 Report to be submitted within 24 hours to PMO Health Advisor

3. HOSPITAL

3.1 Once the IP been sent to any identified Hospital, further treatment will be given.

2ND RESPONSE BY:

1. CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE

ACTION
1.1 If the IP is contractor personnel, contractor representative will accompany the IP 2.1 If the IP is PCSB personnel, PMO HR Department will accompany the IP

RESOURCES REQUIRED
Contractor are taking care of their emergency response resources such as Company Representative, payment to medical service provider etc PMO HR Personnel. This arrangement will be triggered by PMO Incident Commander where it is deem necessary.
