Find out how your horse moves or try dressage to music for the first time for free! Time table for the Day Event Opens at 10am 10.00 Show Jump opens Show Jumping works a bit like clear round, but with a BHS Qualified coach to help and guide you, ideal for young/green horses, novice or nervous riders ,adults and children (including lead reins). Pay on the gate, only 5 for two rounds. 10.00 Dressage Test Riding With Tara Osborne BHS AI, Dressage Coach & Trainer, Tara offers sympathetic and structured dressage training where the horse comes first. Ride any test, long or short arena, receive feedback from the judge and then ride it again. These sessions are limited so must be pre-booked. 11.00 Dressage to music demo, with Claire Ackerman from "Beat this dressage to music" Ever fancied giving dressage to music a go but not sure where to begin? Whether you are new to dressage to music or have previous experience our practical demo provided by Claire Ackerman will explain about freestyle dressage and getting started. She will show you how to work out your horse's tempos, choose and put music to your test as well as considerations when designing your floorplan and choreography. Very popular! So be sure to buy your ticket early and maybe win the chance of a session with Claire for you and your horse. 2pm Gait and Rider Analysis demo, with Stef Watts, Animal and human therapist from your4legs The normal analysis process involves putting the relevant markers on the horse or person or both and taking the high speed videos of movement. Plus photos of the horse and/ or person standing square with markers on. Gait analysis is done using calibrated computer software, with a talk and watch of some of the videos after, then a final report and video footage on memory stick or CD are sent on within 3 to 4 days. Similarly the rider

analysis videos are discussed briefly on the day and the client is given a 1 page summary report. This is followed up by a full written report and tidied up video footage within 3 to 4 days including postage time. Also onsite for the day are: Fellowes Farm Vets, Arnie Pamment Farrier, Spillers Feeds, Weighbridge, Equine Express Saddle fitters, Anna Cook, Equine Touch, Horse and Pet Stuff, Area 7 Riding Clubs and The Donkey Sanctuary with details of their foster scheme.
