We should also include vegetables and fruit in our diet. Next, we must cut down on oily food. Oily food is very bad for us so we should avoid taking too much fried food like fried chicken and fritters. Sweet food is also bad for us. We should avoid excessive sweets and chocolates. We must never have the habit of eating junk food. We need to have enough sleep every day. We should avoid sleeping late as will wake up feeling not rested. We also need to unwind before sleeping.
