FITNESS 4 FREE We will be opening our doors on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd of June for FREE. We want to take the opportunity to show you what were made of, free of cost. You can see what we can offer you by experiencing our special taster exercise classes, grabbing a once-only offer for our sun bed, tasting our home-made blended protein shakes and other bar freebies and tasters. You can also get a chance to use our wide variety of equipment and Teen Gym will be running 11am-12.30pm on Saturday and is open to all 13-15 year olds. We look forward to meeting you there! was had during the mini exercise class which Chris took (rumour is he was the one most tired by the end of the day!). FITNESS 4 MEMBERS We would like to say big congratulations to members Mike Leonard and Nik Richardson who took part in a channel crossing for charity on April 10th.

Mike and Nik were part of a team of 6 who rowed a Cornish Gig from Dover to Calais in 5 hours 45 minutes. They both really enjoyed the challenge despite the mental and physical hard work it took. BODY POWER! Chris and a group of members took a trip down to the Body Power Expo on the 18th May to meet some of the top Bodybuilders, Strongman competitors and athletes in the world. Check out our Facebook page at facebook.com/F4ABollington for all the pictures from the day. CONGRATULATIONS also go to all of our members who are taking part in running competitions this year. Weve had people training for events like the Wilmslow 10km, the Stoke X-Mud and the London Marathon- those sessions on the treadmill paid off!
