Methods
Research and development (R and D), will be used in this study. Because its objective to make good quality, good product that bits to the market made of durable materials and affordable as well. Function and the designs are fitted for the hikers and campers. Questionnaires were formulated to gather data on the acceptability level of the project as its appropriateness quality of design, functionality and marketability.

The planning stage includes the preparation of working drawing of the project, cutting, sewing the diff. parts, designing and determining the diff. tools and equipment needed.

Procedure of Gathering Data

The researchers prepared the questionnaire for the respondents. After preparation of the questionnaires the researchers forwards it to the adviser for editing and approval.

INTRODUCTION

As the time by many new technologies have been invented to make a life of people easier and comfortable. The researchers come up with the idea of making a rain coat which turns in to tent. The researchers want to enumerate certain innovation on a typical rain coat in accordance to their ideas and turn into a more useful secondary used such as tent. A rain coat is usually defined as a certain protective type of clothing made of water proof and lake proof materials, a tent is often referred to a type of shelter usually collapsible and is made of canvas, plastic, or other materials that can wards off mosquitoes, wind, rain and usually supported by poles secured with ropes or other heavy object. With this in mind the researchers of this study have thought of a more useful, material which is a combination of both the rain coat and a tent converting them into a single material which still has came use as their two separate counter parts.

Main objectives

1. Design a rain coat and a tent which is all in one. 2. Make a new product that can easily bring specially by the hikers. 3. Test the product to determine its durability. 4. Construct unique product. 5. Evaluate the product to determine is acceptability and marketability.

Statement of the problem

1. Enumerate on how to do a rain coat turning into tent. 2. Identify foe the materials. 3. Preparing for the materials. 4. Identify the different step and procedures on how to do rain coat which turn in to tent. 5. Determine the acceptability level of Rain coat-Tent in terms of; a.Functionality
