Mundo Latino NY set out to identify the psychology that leads women to willingly, and even enthusiastically, engage in sexual activities despite the ick factor.

Interestingly enough, if we look at it with a magnifying glass, it involves a lot that normally might gross people out; sweat, inner bodily fluids, body odors, unsanitary places of occurrence like the most recent public toilet sexcapade at Yankee Stadium, and the never forgotten saliva, lots of it. Mundo Latino NY set out to identify the psychology that leads women to willingly, and even enthusiastically, engage in sexual activities despite the ick factor. Fiesta nightclub and Mamajuana restaurant were the venues that served as podiums for our questions, as we took advantage of the large crowds that we found on this amazingly entertaining hangout spots. All those who we interviewed agreed that there must be a attraction during sex, without it, the yuck or disgust factor settle in. With attraction psychological mechanisms that override feelings of disgust during sex and foreplay govern the mind, and facilitate an individuals desire to do something that a man or woman who is not aroused might find flat out repulsive. Some of those mechanisms include the initial physical attraction conveyed by our sense of sight, touch and smell. A nice cologne or perfume scent, a beautifully clean smile, tidy clean nails, a sexy looking dress or suit, beautifully tempting lips and a charming personality are strong enough attributes able of eclipsing the disgust factor in most men and women. On the other end of the conversation, we found a group who saw the sense of disgust as an emotion placed within our brains as a protection against things that might poison or hurt us; acting as a defense mechanism against that the gross factors that in reality might carry and spread infections. This is a huge issue for some of the women we interviewed. Women showed far more disgust and especially sexual disgust, than men. Men, although concerned about the possibility of acquiring unwanted matter in the bodies, are masters at blocking these thoughts during and after the pursuit of their preys and execution of carnal desires. Women, needless to say, were the wisest of the bunch, cheers to you gals! ML

Finding B-to-B opportunities in networking the old-fashioned way

Facebook. Linked-in. Twitter. Google+.Pinterest. Were so entranced by the possibilities of social networking we risk forgetting the other kind of networking that can work so well: live, in the flesh, face to face human contact, the old fashioned way.
Social networking can reach a wider audience by far, that is not arguable. But the impact is not as memorable as networking with a prospect face to face. The closer you get to the prospect, the better the quality of the lead. Therefore, you should do both traditional and social networking, and not just the computer kind. You are guaranteed results. Remember, to think outside the box, you have to understand the framework! ML

omparto con ustedes queridos lectores un tema que adems de despertar mi inters, me llena de ira y repudio. Dirijo a travs de este articulo, mi furia hacia un sistema que castiga de manera injusta, que atropella y que destruye sin distinguir, los sueos de superacin de nuestra gente latina; de madres, padres, hijos, amigos, familias enteras cuyo nico delito ha sido el de cruzar una frontera. Las nueva ola de prisiones privadas para los ilegales son respaldadas por compaas multimillonarias cuyos contratos con el gobierno son garantizados en base a los fondos que ellas mismas suplen a los polticos legisladores de las leyes que respaldan estos centros de castigo.

Los centros de detencin estn ubicados tanto en ciudades como en zonas rurales de los estados unidos. Edificios chatos con cercas de metal coronadas por alambres de pas o espirales afilados se convierten en el hogar de nuestra gente latina con rcords de criminalidad limpios. La Agencia de Inmigracin y Aduanas mantiene ah a hombres, mujeres y nios acusados de violar las leyes de inmigracin de este pas. Las personas detenidas en estas 250 instalaciones en todo el pas son inmigrantes ilegales que sern deportados despus de cumplidas sus condenas. Hay entre ellos portadores de residencia permanente con infracciones de trfico, solicitantes de asilo y otros que pese a estar casados(as) con ciu Por cinco aos consecutivos mas personas han sido condenadas por ofensas dadanos americanos son catalogados como inmigrantes ilegales de alto migratorias que por cualquier otro delito comn. Sobrepasan de manera drstica las riesgo. convicciones por robo, asesinato, contrabando, y venta de drogas en los Estados unidos. e had the opportunity to introduce him to our readers last month as our Latino of the month, this young man is doing so much for our community that we were compelled and encouraged to go in depth with what it is that he does.

Although Jason did not grow up in a community that had many leaders, (coming from Jackson height NY) he has been able to break the cycle and completely demolish the stereotype of what is expected of a Latino in Queens NY. Mr. Graciano was recently invited to Abraham Lincoln High School to speak to a very select crowd to which he was more than a role model, but a coach and an educator on how to get more from life and how to break free of the barriers that are preventing them from moving forward. In honor of Hispanic heritage month, Jason from Escape To success spoke to over 400 students on the importance of standing out and doing their part, he gave them several techniques on what to do, specifically to stand out and make a difference within their communities and be leaders. It was a huge success, the students were motivated, inspired and excited to do things that they once thought were impossible or not available to them.
