An estimated 500,000 email petitions have been sent. You have not redressed these petitions. You are guilty of dereliction of duty.

The law clearly requires you to answer all complaints of the citizens. I hereby demand you show cause. Furthermore I demand that you comply with the petition contained herein. You are hereby ordered to respond by holding a legal town hall meeting to address the issues contained herein within 30 days. I hereby demand you aid in bringing the Repeal of the Safe Act bills to the floor for a vote. I hereby demand you do NOT vote on any budgetary Legislation until you vote on FULL Repeal of the Safe Act. I hereby demand you do NOT vote on any issue until you vote on FULL Repeal of Safe Act. I hereby demand there be a special session of both houses to vote on repeal of the Safe Act.
JUSTIFICATION: The SAFE Act, is the most controversial, contentious and divisive law ever enacted in the history of the Empire State / Enacted through an unjustifiable Message of Necessity / the SAFE Act is an unconstitutional and thus illegal law / imposed costly, massive new unfunded mandates / The SAFE Act under mines the right to keep and bear arms. It is fact that a vote to retain the SAFE Act is an act of sedition. Any elected person who votes to retain the SAFE Act is not fit to hold office.
