1. Introduction Navisphere CLI or NaviCLI is the command line interface to manage data storage systems from EMC Corporation. NOTE: Ensure that you have administrator privileges to the system registry on the system you want to install NaviCLI. 2. To download the NaviCLI installer (NaviCLI.exe), Go to EMC web-site: https://powerlink.emc.com Existing users should enter Username and Password to login. For new users, click on the "Register Now" button in the right pane to create an account and register your EMC storage devices.

3. After Log In go to Home -> Support -> Software Downloads and Licensing -> Downloads J-O -> Navisphere Server Software.

4. On Navisphere Server Software page click on Show All Documents (top right corner).

5. Download the latest version of Navisphere CLI for Windows OS. (Ex: Navisphere CLI (Windows - all supported 32 and 64-bit versions) 7.30.11.0.38)

Figure 4: Navisphere CLI Download page 6. Click on "Run" in the File download dialog if you plan to install NaviCLI on this system. Otherwise you can save the file and transfer it to the system for installation.

7. Ensure that you have the appropriate privileges before clicking Next.

8. On the Choose Install Folder page, choose the location where you want to install NaviCLI and click Next.

9. On the Navisphere CLI Optional Features page, select the following options: Include Navisphere CLI in Environmental Path and click Next.

10. On the Security File Credentials page, you can opt to save the user credentials to a secure file so you do not have to enter them every time you use a NaviCLI command.

11. On the Configure Option Setting page, select Low (the certificate will not be verified).

12. On Pre-Installation Summary page, click on Install.
