We all have been trying hard to apply dahsas.

I think this must be tormenting every learner and discussion on this must be welcome by all. At least I presume so, I initiate this topic (followed by transit as supplement) I have planned to take up minimum 2 kundli here to apply very basic steps and later on overload advanced steps one by one (not all at one go). Please read slowly, critically and share your views after applying on any unknown kundli. Committing mistake is very first expected result of an effort, that I keep in my mind. Very basic points to be kept in view while analyzing a dahsa :1. No house goes on leave in any (fraction of) dasha period. 2. A dasha lord has different role with reference to different houses. 3. Placement of a dasha lord with respect to its own house(s) or any other house can be broadly categorized :- (only conceptual and suggestive) Protective/Benefic Distructive/Malefic Neutral 4. Placement of dasha lord with respect to various lords may also be categorized broadly same as above. 5. Focus on the karkatvas of the houses owned by dahsa lord and karkatva of dasha nath as a planet. 6. Never ignore the signs. 7. Last but first in importance Desh Kaal Patra Before discussing above with example I would like to recall :1. Rashis have only SWABHAVA (characteristics), they dont have karkatvas 2. Houses have only KARAKATVAS , they dont have swabhaava. 3. Planets have both SWABHAAVA and KARAKATVAS. Note : One should conceptualise with the real meaning of swabhava. (it is accurately represented neither by behavior nor by characteristics. It is a combination of property, characteristics, and behavior) ** Since Rashis have no karkatva, why different Rashis signifies as body parts ? Moon is 3L, results pertaining to 3H FOR all other 11 houses will be there. Moons different roles with reference to different houses :Relevant for a native from 0year to 8 years of age. Lagna for lagna, dasha of 3L (Out of various significations the most relevant is sibling for a new born child) 2nd house For 2H, dasha of 2L ( For a child Kutumb-Vridhi) 4th house - For 4H, dasha of 12L (Movement from present place, distance from mother ) 3. Placement of a dasha lord with respect to its own house(s) or any other house can be broadly categorized :- (only conceptual and suggestive) Protective/Benefic - In Kendra, aspecting own house. Distructive/Malefic - Maarak (out of 4 kendras there are order of preference) Neutral 4. Placement of dasha lord with respect to various lords may also be categorized broadly same as above. 5. Focus on the karkatvas of the houses owned by dahsa lord and karkatva of dasha nath as a planet. Possible results of Moon dasha (playing various roles w.r.t varios houses) Please keep in mind , native is a child. As Dasha of 3L from Lagna placed in 9H. As dasha of 2L (2h from any house signifies VRIDHI and Maarak) from 2H (Kutumb) Kaarak Mars is also well disposed from 3H (from Lagna) and 3L (from Lagna). For the time being please relate Kaarak to related house only. Moon is placed in 5H from bhavat bhavam of 3H. This placement is also good. Promise of sibling during Moons dahsa is strengthening. Native got female sibling during Moon dasha. Not a big find ? (Please see 12L of 4H dasha on above line and please share result expected by you) I wish to limit upto Mahadasha level for now.
