Music
Powerful is music... It tells a story with feel.
Today music is inextricably intertwined into our way of life. It has the ability to transend
barriers that many people have.
In today’s church, music must be real and current. It must have the feel that people
recognize and understand.
Providing consistant sounds of our culture through songs that bring to life the cause of
Chirst is truly my goal. Whether it’s using main stream or solid worship songs, each is
purposed to connect people closer to God in their journey.
I also strive to propel and enable others to take ownership in their ability to become strong
musicians, vocalist, and leaders within the local church. I am passionate about developing
a culture of music within all areas of ministry including teenagers and children.

Creative
Creative elements and worship leading gives me the opportunity to invest life into others.
Heather and I have compassion for people. We desire to see others pursue and accomplish
the purpose for their lives. We push others beyond a mediocre lifestyle by taking calcu-
lated risks and doing church different than the average perception. Our heart leaps to
brainstorm ways of bring a series to life and give feet to specific bible text!

Worship & Creative Arts Pastor

07/07 - Recent Celebrate Church
Produced all creative and music elements within Celebrate. Trained and Led multiple levels
of vocalist and musicians toward a culture related music experience weekly. Developed
stratigic formats and service structures weekly. Produced titles, subtitles and series topics
to meet lead Pastors vision. Brainstormed and developed creative elements and illustra-
tions to bring teachings and events to life. Also vitally assisted young adult ministry in
developing strategic structure, goals, vision, and much more...

Young Adult, Youth, and Worship Pastor

10/03 - 01/08 Victory Family Church
Assist in day-to-day operation of young adult ministry. Responsibilities include leading
worship for multiple ministries, vision casting, spiritual growth, teaching, and enabling
young adultsand college students to be successful in their daily lives.
Manage and lead 75+ adult leaders and musicians weekly.
Successfully planned overseas missions trips containing minors and volunteering adults.
Structured, planned, and led worship for multiple summer camps in attendance of 500+
annually. Managed multiple worship bands consisting of professional and
entry-level musicians and vocalist.

Student and Worship Pastor

01/01 - 10/03 Lakeshore Church
Successfully led all aspects of student ministry and adult
worship. As an associate to my Pastor, I assisted him in any
task to make his life and job easier. Team builder, church
design, speaking / teaching,stewardship, missions, were
just a few of my responsibilities.
