CHURCH ACTIVITIES HAPPENING THIS WEEK: Wednesday: Exec Council Meeting, 7:30 pm ANNOUNCEMENTS: LIBRARY NEWS: Vanished by Irene Hannon. A reporter is lost and suddenly a lone figure appears in the beam of her headlights. She feels the solid thump against the side of her car before crashing. A man appears and tells her he will call 911. Then she blacks out. When she comes to, she is alone. No man. No 911. No injured person. But she cannot forget the look of terror on that face in her headlights before she swung away. An ex-homicide detective turned private eye, reluctantly agrees to take on the case. Construction Update: The concrete floor has been poured and, starting at the end of next week or the week after, block layers will be onsite. Also, the back filling is 99% complete which has resulted in a worksite with less loose dirt.
