    Access Control (Gangway Watch)


    At Ship Security Level 2 & 3, the following Personnel had been designated as a Security Personnel for Gangway-watch and monitoring of Access Control, during any Interfaces. This Deck Rating is be stationed at the Shore access point and he must not be designated with any other jobs Time 0000-0400 & 1200-1600 hrs 0400-0800 & 1600-2000 hrs 0800-1200 & 2000-2400 hrs Rank

    Restricted Areas (Security Patrol)


    At Ship Security Level 3, the following Personnel designated as Deck Patrol Team Member. This Rating is be stationed at the Shore access point with the Security Personnel for Gangway-watch, during any Interfaces and he must not be designated with any other jobs Time 0000-0400 & 1200-1600 hrs 0400-0800 & 1600-2000 hrs 0800-1200 & 2000-2400 hrs Rank

    Monitoring the Security of the Ship (Security Lookout)


    At Ship Security Level 3, the following Personnel assigned on the Security Lookout Points as additional Security Lookout Personnel, during any Interfaces. This Deck Rating is be stationed at the Security Lookout Points and he must not be designated with any other jobs Time 0000-0400 & 1200-1600 hrs 0400-0800 & 1600-2000 hrs 0800-1200 & 2000-2400 hrs Master Signature: Dated: Ships Stamp: Rank
