1 NRTRDE Implementation Form


1.1 Overview

In this document, we collect all information necessary to configure the PMN correctly in our system: - For existing operator all current roaming partners, or for new operators, all the planned roaming partners. - NRTRDE format, required conversions and specific validations (maximum accepted call age etc.). - Contact details for the roaming coordinator, persons responsible for analysing fraud issues, reject & return process, NRTRDE and EDI problems.

Customer's AA.14 needs to be provided (required format RAEX AA.14 XML/TD.77 ). As a minimum, the following parameters need to be provided: Customer Name PMN code IMSI Prefix (MCC and MNC) Country Code National Access Code(s) International Access Code(s) HUR Threshold Financial Clearing House (FCH)

Parameter Does Comfone need to provide NRTRDE-Out creation (charged optional service), there are two possible input streams for Comfone that we can use to create NRTRDE-Out files: raw CDRs and TAP3. Does Comfone receive raw CDR files? The raw CDR data must be supplied by the customer. Format specification + test data shall be provided If Comfone does not receive raw CDR files, do we need to create NRTRDE-Out files from TAP3? Is NRTRDE-In validation needed (charged optional service)? Meant for any PMN that has an in-house Fraud Management system, capable of processing of incoming NRT files and are using charges as main parameter for alarms. Is rating required for NRTRDE-In files (this simulates rating of the visited network / applying retail charges of the HPMN)? The rating data must be
