Overview This program will introduce the operations and maintenance of the pressure vessel, constituting the boiler, specifically. This workshop will introduce the participants to the legislation requirement, Boiler Man Grade I or II certification, exam and interview process by JKKP and the minimum training hours required. This program also will guide participants on types of maintenance requirements for the boilers losses and the cost reduction strategy, and adherence to Factory and Machinery act 1967. It is also important to understand how to look at faults and how to remedy them. Water treatment is a very important part of the operations and maintenance of the boiler. This program will also address the cost reduction strategy and steam loses. Understanding this area will also assist the participants in ensuring their plants are in the best optimum and safe condition. His vast field experience able him to exceed expectation in Operation, Process and electricity generation, demand and Liaison with (DOSH, DOE) to meet all legal requirement . He has M.Sc Occupational Safety and Health Mgt (UUM), Diploma in Chemical Engineering (UTM), First Grade Steam Engineer (DOSH- 174/2003), First Grade ICE Engineer (DOSH 042/2010), First Grade Boiler and ICE Engine Driver (DOSH), Train The Trainer (NIOSH). His expertise is also being sought by many industries nationwide for Boiler Repair , Upgrading and consultation.
