A special high-gloss solvent-based paint for interior and exterior use. It can be applied directly to rusty surfaces without requiring minium or an anti-rust metal primer. Thanks to the special innovative composition of its resins and pigments, it inactivates rust and protects metal surfaces from corrosion caused by humidity, ultraviolet radiation and adverse weather conditions. Resistant to yellowing, it gives a smooth gloss finish. It retains its gloss and colour over a long period. For effective rust protection, the final dry film thickness must be more than 110m, so at least two coats of paint are required..

Surface Preparation & Application To ensure proper adhesion, the surface must be dry, clean and free of dust, fat, grease, salt, loose paint / rust, scale / patina, etc. Any preliminary work on painted surfaces in the form of fine sanding, flame cleaning, etc. may produce dangerous dust or spray mist. Work in a well ventilated area. Do not fail to use appropriate personal protective equipment. Filling / patching primed iron surfaces: The acrylic putty KRAFT SPACHTEL is recommended. On rusty metal surfaces: First, remove any loose rust or paint with a wire brush, clean and apply 2-3 coats of KRAFT METAL 3 in 1 SMOOTH GLOSS. On galvanised, zinc, aluminium, bronze, chrome or copper surfaces: fine sanding of patina, 1 coat of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER AQUA, and after 12 hours 2 coats of KRAFT METAL 3 in 1 SMOOTH GLOSS To ensure maximum rust protection in coastal or northern areas, it is recommended to apply 2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER AQUA first. Paint Application Instructions Tools: paintbrush or roller (Ripolin), air or airless spray gun Cleaning: Immediately after use, clean tools and any paint residues with KRAFT Brush Thinner. Thinning: Paintbrush or roller: up to 10% by volume with KRAFT Brush Thinner Air spray gun: up to 13% by volume with KRAFT Nitro Thinner 1100 Airless spray gun: up to 5% by volume with KRAFT Nitro Thinner 1100 Dry to touch: 4-6 hours Dry to recoat, minimum: 24 hours Stir well before use and during application. Do not apply at temperatures below 5C and above 35C as well as at relative humidity levels above 65%. Pack Size Available in white, black and Index colours in 0.75lt and 2.5lt containers Instructions for Safe Use Flammable. Keep out of the reach of children. Use only in a well ventilated area. Do not inhale spray mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Prolonged exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. In case of contact with skin, wash off immediately with soap and water or with a suitable skin cleaner. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of ingestion, seek medical advice immediately and show container or label. Toxic to aquatic organisms. It may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. Do not empty remaining contents into drains or other water sources. Disposal of materials must be carried out responsibly and in accordance with applicable legislation.
