wish to obtain from the University of Liege a free demonstration copy of the software SAFIR. I fully understand and agree with the following: 1. The utilisation of this copy is not for commercial applications, i.e. not for applications that generate a financial income. It is for evaluation, for demonstration purpose, for education purpose or for doing research in the field of response of structures to fire. This copy may be used in research works even if these are sponsored by institutions that provide funding for these research works. The copy can be used in education works, even if tuition is paid by the students for their education. Any scientific publication based, even partially, on the results of the SAFIR software obliges the Licensee to mention clearly: ...with the help of the software SAFIR developed at the

The University does not make any warranties with respect to any results obtained using SAFIR and will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, secondary or accessory (including damages caused by the loss of profits, the interruption of activity or the loss of information, ...) resulting from the use of SAFIR, or from the failure of SAFIR to provide results, for whatever reason. This copy is made of an executable file and a registration file. It is not allowed to concede, give, sell or rent to third parties any of these two files. It is not allowed to "uncompile" the executable file. In case of any litigation, the case will be treated by the court of the city of Liege. The compensation for any financial income made in violation of clauses 1 or 4 should not be less that 50% of the total financial income made with the utilisation of this copy, either by the direct beneficiary of this copy (clause 1) or by any third party (clause 4). ____ / ____ / ____ _________________
