Duties and Responsibilities :

Marking and spooling of isometric and controlling the isometric revision received from client Export piping data from Turbo Taliso (TT) to Talisman and assure accuracy of exported data. Check the isometric and follow up with QC for WPS stamping and ensuring the isometrics issued to the site Follow up the work of DCG department by assuring that all drawings requested from construction received by site Raising technical Queries, Site Queries and coordinate with the client for any site queries issues. Issuing material request MRF as per site priority ,ensuring the MRF approved by client Preparation of AutoCAD drawings for many sketches required by construction Preparation of bill of Quantities& material take off for Piping and structure Monitoring piping works by controlling material handling, drawing issuing, fabrication, painting and erection according to project schedules. Monitor progress and quality of construction activities at site level Issuing the Test Isometrics required for each Test pack, showing the routing of all the drawing inside the Test Pack in one sketch, gathering all information required by construction to complete the construction work , and pressure testing ,team to perform the Test on Field (Test ISO) Test pack preparation ,coordination for the mark ups and P&ID coordinating with the client for the forms required for the test package Test Pack center coordinator, Monitoring the Test pack workflow issued by the Test Pack center between all the concerned disciplines (Engineering, construction, Quality Control, Client, Certification) Final handover of the test Packs to certification department With all relevant RFI (Request for inspection) Providing as built and Red Line marked up Drawings reflecting all the modifications done on site, to be applied on the original drawings provided by the designer. Prepared new drawing as per existing site measurement Defining type of supports required for the spools as per clients specifications. prepare joint completion certificate as per the clients specification Monitoring and follow up the progress of spools ,welding ,fitting and Structure erections operation at site Segregation and label spools in fabricator lay down yard and coordinate with the client for the non fabricated spool Follow up with the client for the material shortages Carry out Mechanical Punch list and closing punch items as per plant commissioning priorities

Inspected all materials that have been utilized for the implementation of the works before their installation in order to ensure the follow up of technical specification of the work
Procurement activities including the preparation of technical specifications and Bill of Quantities for supply and work contracts

Performed supervision visits in a timely fashion to all project sites under construction in order to ensure that tasks are accomplished according to the design and mistakes are promptly corrected and a reported Created a database to locate the beneficiary households and the exact needs for the most vulnerable. Followed all instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
