Summary
JQ Type Rubber Transfer Pump is a type of single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump, which is used for transferring sewage and mixture liquid contains solid material. It is the special pump of the power plant condenser tube cleaning system, which can be also used for draining sewage in the works, mine, cities and transferring the mixture liquid of water and fecula in farina works. JQ Meaning of Type: For example : 125JQ-27 125: It is 125mm of the inlet diameter 125 JQ: rubber transfer pump 27: lift of the pump is 27m H2O in general 27 Standard: DL/T581-95 Condenser Tube Cleaning System from Electric Power Industry P. Structure Description
Major parts of JQ type rubber transfer pump are made of pump body, pump cover, bearing case (or bracket), impeller and shaft etc., and material of pump body, impeller shall be made of TP304 and shaft be made of 40Cr. The pump cover and suction pipe are made into one body, which locate horizontally, the outlet could rotate 90 degree, 180 degree, 270 degree if required. Pump connected with the electric motor directly by gear-inset type shaft coupling. See from the driving direction the pump shaft rotate clockwise. Sealing ring is made of cast iron, which prevent the high-pressure water in the water pump from leaking back entering water position, it could be changed for spare parts after wear and tear. the base of the foundation is firm. The correct position of the pump shafts and electric motor should be adjusted and found, it must be ensured shaft coupling is aligned with the other one without deviation and with suitable gap. The pipe of inlet is supported on its own bracket, in event of avoid putting its weight on the pump. It should be inspected the driving direction of the pump before operation. When it begin to start up it must be exhausted and to be vacuum if it doesnt pour into the head of water. When its running it must be adjusted degree of tightness of the stuffing, it is suitable that it is 10-20 drops of water every minute from the stuffing. 10-20 In order to watching the running conditions of the pump, it should be installed the pressure-meter (or vacuum-meter) on the inlet of the water pump and installed the pressure-meter on the outlet of the water pump. During its running period, the increasing temperature of the bearing is not above 35 degree, its top temperature is not above 75 degree. It must have an inspection of the pump timely every 1000 working-times. The maximum diameter of the cooperation position gap between impeller and sealing ring is 1mm, the sealing ring can be changed if the number is above 1mm. If the water pump stopped to work for a long period, we should disconnect and inspect its parts and store them properly with coated oil avoiding corrosion. 35 75 1000 1 Procedure of installation and maintenance of the water pump is carried out according to the following order (refer to the structure drawing), loosen and replace the hexagon nuts, remove the inhalant oviduct, loosen and replace the impeller nut, remove the holding back gasket, impeller, the body of pump, rear cover and sleeve, loosen and replace the hexagon nut, replace the bearing cover, using iron duct which diameter is a bit bigger than shafts knocking the bearing inner ring gently on rear position and remove the shaft.
