THIRD WAVE EXPOSED

MIRACLES AND HEALINGS REVIVALS BY TODD BENTLEY, PATRICIA KING, JOHN ARNOTT, PETER C. WAGNER, RODNEY HOWARD BROWNE AND FRIENDS ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY JOHN DAVIES CNT http://www.scribd.com/doc/33780391/

AVOIDING STRANGE FIRE

The Holy Spirit is not strange, weird or mystical. He is the third part of the Trinity. He is a gentleman, statesman and a loving God that lifts up Christ the only begotten son of God. He is not a female presence, an it, a thing, a midst, a feeling or some orphic force. There are many people interested in prophetic ministry and theres much confusion about it. Throughout your ministry you will be faced with many odd, even strange things that will require much spiritual discernment. Spiritual discernment will come from the Holy Spirit and be verified by many Scriptures throughout the written Word of God. History has introduced many divagating prophets with strange manifestations. Your advantage is four thousand years of written biblical history to use as your guide for accuracy from Adam to Christ. One corner stone for staying biblical is using that written history as your foundation for measuring truth. When strange things happen look to the Word for biblical examples. If you cant find any then something is terribly wrong. Experiences, even vivid, powerful, and supernatural ones are not measurements for truth. In my generation some have gold dust, feathers, gems, and people barking and roaring like lions in their meetings. A search through the Scriptures gives no evidence that the Holy Spirit used any of these things to confirm Christs Word. Others say female angels are healing people. There is no evidence of the existence of female angels in the Word. These are only a few examples of strange fire. Someone may tell you that the things of the Spirit cant be understood by the natural man. Thats not true at all because the Holy Spirit can be understood. He never violates the written Word. The things of the Spirit are understood by the logos, the Bible (Hebrews 4:12). The Holy Spirit is not strange, weird or mystical. He is the third part of the Trinity. He is a gentleman, statesman and a loving God that lifts up Christ the only begotten son of God. He is not a female presence, an it, a thing, a midst, a feeling or some orphic force. PROPHETS OF DECEPTION In my generation Jezebel and Baalim prophets are the prevailing enemies of true prophetic ministry. In

the last twenty years these spirits have become sophisticated, built their own network of churches, followers, training schools, written many books and produced many training videos. These spirits intend to hijack the prophetic ministry and hold themselves out to be the experts in the field. They condemn any criticism by outsiders as irrelevant, unloving, ignorant and judgmental. Hopefully by the time you read this material their folly will be known to all and your generation will escape their deceptions. More than likely things are much worse. If so, you will find them as your strongest opponents. Both these prophetic groups and others you will encounter have all types of strange signs and wonders in their meetings. Just remember not all wonders, no matter how mystical and exciting are from the Holy Ghost (1 John 4:1). Even legitimate miracles in meetings do not confirm these ministers are flowing right. Scripture says, Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity (Matthew 7:22-23). One particular trait among them is the love of money that finances extravagant lifestyles. Those that embrace these spirits are merchandisers. A merchandiser sells prophecies, healings, religious oils, potions and various products that reinforce their beliefs. Typically they work within their own networks focusing on getting as much money from people as possible. They have all kinds of gimmick offerings that manipulate people. They are always recruiting followers to join their groups. I have seen them work every kind of evil when it comes to stealing from Gods people. One young man met with me that hooked up with one of these merchandising networks. He gave me his ordination papers from the various ministers within the network and renounced his involvement. He said the purpose of their many conferences is to raise money, not to advance the ministry of Christ. After services they divide the offerings among themselves. He shocked me when he said the amount of money one raises confirms the level of their prophetic anointing. For several hours he spoke of many individuals, some well known and others obscure, gave their names and explained numerous evil strategies for meetings across our nation. They even merchandise one another. They look for young nave upstarts to turn into devils like themselves. There is every sort of evil working behind the scenes among these people. These are professional prophets that watch videos and listen to audios to learn the sayings and particular mannerisms of true ministers of the Gospel and from their own they think are effective deceivers (Jeremiah 23:30). Avoid them and dont do any meetings with them or for them and dont attend them. Beware their accolades, flatteries and smiles toward you. At first they will flatter you. If that works then they will merchandise you. If that doesnt work they will blackball you. Just remember, if you can be flattered, you can be bought. Christs servants are not prostitutes. A spirit of rejection may attack you if these leaders shun you. If you feel that way just think of it like this, rejection is protection. You dont need anybodies approval save Christs. Gods servants cant be bought at any price! Dont try to learn anything from them. You are not a psychic, mystic, spiritist or soothsayer. You are a minister of Christ. You have a responsibility to use your gift as a faithful steward to serve the body of Christ. The purpose of the anointing is to establish and advance the Kingdom of God, give witness to the love of God and confirm to the world the resurrection of Christ our Savior. You will also be called to turn the heart of people toward God, walk in holiness, confront sin and build the Church of Christ. Avoid fame, accolades from men and vain glory, and mind your motives in all things (Proverbs 4:23). As a New Testament prophet your prophetic flow is primarily used for edification, exhortation and comfort (1 Corinthians 14:3). Your gift also helps turn logos, the written Word to rhema, life giving

Word as the Holy Spirit wills. Again, you are not a physic. A physic uses demon powers to prophesy. As already said, you are not a mystic. A mystic is one that uses spirit counterfeits to appear like they have some sort of special access or favor with God.

False prophets can release fear and curses. I have heard them tell people if they dont obey they endanger themselves. That type of stuff is nothing but witchcraft. Bind it up and carry on for Jesus. No prophet is anointed by the Holy Spirit to curse people. Paul said bless and
curse not (Romans 12:14). Cursing is a sure sign of a false prophet. Baalim, a true prophet gone bad, did the same and lost his life for it. God doesnt send storms, hurricanes and earthquakes to judge people, cities and nations for their sins. Jesus said these things would increase before His return. Yes, one day their will be a judgment of the living and the dead but fear does not lead people to Christ. Gods loving kindness, the good news does, and the offer of forgiveness of sin to the repentant (John 3:16). http://www.jonasclark.com/news/117/ARTICLE/1249/2009-11-09.html

After three years of being in the thick of the Toronto blessing our Vineyard assembly in Scarborough ( East Toronto) just about self destructed. We devoured one another, with gossip, backstabbing, division, sects criticism etc. After three years of soaking, praying for people, shaking, rolling, laughing, roaring, ministering at TACF on their prayer team, leading worship at TACF, preaching at TACF, basically living at TACF we were the most carnal, immature and deceived Christians that I know. I remember saying to my friend and senior pastor at Scarborough Vineyard Church in 1997 that ever since the Toronto Blessing came we have just about fallen to bits! He agreed! My experience has been that the manifestation of spiritual gifts mentioned in 1st Corinthians 12 was much more common in our assembly, before January 1994 (when the Toronto blessing started.) than during this period of supposed Holy Spirit visitation.
http://www.theapologeticresponse.org/?p=235 As we have witnessed in the counterfeit revivals of Toronto, Pensecola, and Lakeland, all of which categorically failed to deliver what they promised, bearing no resemblance to any scriptural or historical revival except in the hype with which it packages itself, pretending to be that which it is not. To my own shame the arch-culprits of this disgrace have been, in the main, my fellow Charismatics and Pentecostals. http://moriel.org/MorielArchive/index.php/discernment/church-issues/satans-first-target#more-5735 Lets review the basic, early warning signs associated with spiritual deceivers: * Spiritual deceivers in outward appearance imitate Gods authority and ways. * Spiritual deceivers will incorporate some actual truth side-by-side with their message to give it the air of believability. They often accurately address our own personal issues of sin to fool us into believing the rest of what they say might be right. * Spiritual deceivers often reinterpret right worship as somehow being wrong worship as an early step towards establishing a greater false belief system.

* Spiritual deceivers earthly greed is an indication of their spiritual greed. They think everyone is just like them. * Spiritual deceivers often start out right in life and believe that their earlier faithfulness still extends and covers their latter unfaithfulness. They often truly believe their authority derives from God because they have been given over fully to the deception themselves. Just look at how many of these qualities are so obviously present in the notable false personalities of our time like Benny Hinn, C. Peter Wagner, Todd Blakely, Rick Warren, etc., etc., etc. So many of these people actually started out right, they all adopt language and appearances associated with Christianity, there is always at least some biblical truth woven amongst their teaching, but they are often betrayed by their pursuit of earthly wealth and power and their manipulation of worship practices as a gateway to eventually ejecting the right and true message of the Gospel. Remember, were not talking about religions completely foreign and actively opposing Christianity but people working to take over the church from within and make it into their own image. Just like Rabshakeh they dont just misrepresent the things of God but horribly distort Gods Word. If we stopped right here we could probably make a very long list of present-day spiritual deceivers. http://moriel.org/MorielArchive/index.php/discernment/church-issues/dealing-with-spiritual-deceivers

The Third Wave Is Demonic And Evil

1TM 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. The Third Wave is a revival of the theology of the Latter Rain tent revivals of the 1950s and 1960s led by William Branham and others. It is based on the idea that in the end times there will be an outpouring of supernatural powers on a group of Christians that will take authority over the existing church and the world. The believing Christians of the world will be reorganized under the Fivefold Ministry and the church restructured under the authority of Prophets and Apostles and others anointed by God. The young generation will form Joels Army to rise up and battle evil and retake the earth for God. While segments of this belief system have been a part of Pentecostalism and charismatic beliefs for decades, the excesses of this movement were declared a heresy in 1949 by the General Council of the Assemblies of God, and again condemned through Resolution 16 in 2000. The beliefs and manifestations of the movement include the use of strategic level spiritual warfare to expel territorial demons from American and world cities. Worship includes excessive charismatic manifestations such as hundreds of people falling, slain in the spirit, and congregations laughing, jerking, and shrieking uncontrollably. In early 2008 an outbreak of those phenomena commenced at the palatial former ministry estate of Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker, recently bought up and restored by prominent Third Wave author and leader Rick Joyners Morningstar Ministries. The (spiritual) breakout lasted for many weeks and was publicized in an extensive collection of video footage available on YouTube. Healing services in the Third Wave movement claim to heal the sick and injured through methods that in some cases can appear bizarre - including, as in recent cases involving Todd Bentley, the patient being head butted or kicked by the anointed healer. Recipients of such spiritual or miraculous healing make a wide range of astonishing claims - to have been cured of life-threatening illnesses, had joints repaired or replaced, been given gold teeth or gold fillings, regrown stunted limbs and even had deformed skeletal

structures straightened and reshaped. Worldwide mission efforts of the movement are built around the idea of combating witches, warlocks, and generational curses, which prevent churches from being able to take root. Rodney Howard-Browne is one of the most controversial and publicized figures of the Third Wave movement. While many of the leaders have been almost invisible in the mainstream media, Howard-Browne and his Holy Laughter anointing have been covered by CNN , Time, Newsweek, PBS, and numerous British media outlets. Howard-Browne refers to himself in many of these articles as the "Holy Ghost bartender." He is also one of the most controversial figures in the Evangelical world and is the subject of many hundreds of internet pages from other Evangelical and Fundamentalists discernment groups who view his unusual revival manifestations such as uncontrollable laughter, weeping, shrieking, and animal noises, as cultic. Other conservative Christians also find fault with Howard-Browne's end time belief that a unified and purified church is currently being restored through a "great awakening" that is manifesting itself through these "signs and wonders." Howard-Browne, like the other leaders of the Third Wave, believe that they are raising a great end time army that will take control of the world through spiritual warfare, and triumph over Satan before the millennial reign of Jesus. Many in the movement, such as C. Peter Wagner believe that the Apostolic age began in 2001. John Bevere, author of curriculum for the Master's Commission of Wasilla Assembly of God, believes that he is teaching the final generation before the Millennial which he calculates will begin in 2028 or 2029. South African Pentecostal Evangelist Rodney Howard-Browne, a white supremacist in theology, who immigrated from South Africa to the United States in 1987, with all his brothers and parents to United States became a naturalized American and taught that "sheep needed to be fleeced or they would have too much hair and could not see where they are going.. It was the pastors job to fleece the sheep. Rodney Howard-Browne and his family moved and settled in the Lakeland/Tampa area after having a revival at the church of Karl Strader, Lakeland's first Assemblies of God, Karl is father of Stephen Strader of Ignited Church and the current Lakeland Revival fame whose brother Dan Strader is serving a 45 year jail sentence for robbing the elderly (http://www.christiannews.0catch.com/dan.htm,
http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/xxcrxxoxxoks.pdf)

Rodney had been credited with bringing the laughter revival to America. But from what really happened in Carpenter's Home Church in 1993 and 1994 and its devastating effect on the community including the robbing, raping and murdering of the sheep, was not much of a revival. Roy Aldrich, a retired school teacher, was robbed of $100,000.00 by Pastor Karl Strader and his son Dan Strader of Carpenter's Home Church Lakeland, Florida. Rodney, who was a personal friend of Karl Strader who practiced nepotism, and bought him a Lincoln town car, was asked to help the elderly victims who were robbed by the Straders and he refused. But when German Evangelist Reinhard Bonnkes decided to relocate his ministry to Florida, Rodney Howard-Browne decided he would give Bonnke a house. At first he offered Bonnke his own house in Tampa, but Bonnke had to locate in Orlando to be closer to his operational base. It was then that Howard-Browne decided to build Bonnke a new $250,000 home in Orlando. Rodney then drove a brand new car to Bonnkes driveway. How gracious and wonderful of Rodney to be a respecter of persons to the high and mighty and to ignore the real plight of the poor and needy especially the real victims robbed and raped by Dan and

Karl Strader? How come the Lord led Rodney to help and give a fellow pastor a new car and home but not any of Dan Strader victims who lost their lives savings due to the Ponzi schemes conducted by the Straders? It wasnt Christ the LORD who led Rodney to do what he did for God is never a respecter of persons nor shows partiality to the high and mighty? On the contrary it's the poor and needy who are important to him and not the rich and mighty! Yes, Rodney committed sin by showing partiality to Pastor Karl Strader rather than innocent victimized Roy Aldrich. Rodney refused to help Roy Aldrich or any of the victims of Dan Strader, the lying thieving con artist who with his father's helped rob the poor defenseless elderly. He ignored the fact that in the New Testament the poor were always important to the Apostles and those in leadership. The bible records: But now I am going to Jerusalem to minister to the saints. For it pleased those from Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are in Jerusalem. It pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister to them in material things. Romans 15:25-27 Now concerning the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you; for I know your willingness, about which I boast of you to the Macedonians, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal has stirred up the majority. Yet I have sent the brethren, lest our boasting of you should be in vain in this respect, that, as I said, you may be ready; lest if some Macedonians come with me and find you unprepared, we (not to mention you!) should be ashamed of this confident boasting. Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren to go to you ahead of time, and prepare your generous gift beforehand, which you had previously promised, that it may be ready as a matter of generosity and not as a grudging obligation. But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. As it is written: "He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever." 2 Corinthians 9:1-9 Howard-Browne and his wife continued to lead revivals around the world and often worked closely with the late John Wimber of the Vineyard movement and the Kansas City Prophets who are and were off the wall. They introduced hyper-charismatic activities in widely publicized revivals in both the United States and Great Britain including the Toronto Airport Blessing which began in 1994, and drew people worldwide to experience the phenomenon. Howard-Brown is also credited with a role in the Brownsville Revival, 1995, and more recently, the 2008 Lakeland Healing Revival with Todd Bentley. Additionally Howard-Browne has been instrumental in the introduction of these "signs and wonders" all over the world including Brompton Holy Trinity, a high-profile charismatic Anglican church in May, 1994. The resulting Holy Laughter and other unusual manifestations at this prominent church and others in London shocked the British press and was the biggest story covered by British Christian media in 1995 and 1996. Brompton Holy Trinity is now primarily known as the source of the ALPHA course. All of which gave rise to seducing Spirits and doctrines of devils and the Third Wave

It was out of the Third Wave, of course, that the river of renewal known as the "Toronto Blessing" began its course. The names of John Wimber and John Arnott are inseparably linked to the Toronto Blessing. It was John Wimber, founder of the Association of Vineyard Churches (AVC), who proved to

be the prominent voice in the so-called Third Wave of the P/C movement, whose style of worship and ministry helped to shape Arnott's own ministry and whose earlier tilling of the P/C soil in the UK provided ground for the Toronto Blessing's rapid spread across the Atlantic. As a Vineyard pastor and regional leader in Canada, John Arnott's quest for ongoing renewal, ministry style and P/C orientation reflected that of Wimber and the AVC. Wimber's later dissociation from the Blessing (after earlier endorsing John Arnott's book The Father's Blessing, parts of which were used later as "evidence" against the Blessing) quenched some of the enthusiastic Third Wave support for the Toronto Blessing , adding further fuel to existing controversy surrounding the renewal.

John Arnott of the Toronto Blessing blessed Todd Bentley at Lakeland

http://endtimespropheticwords.wordpress.com/2008/05/28/john-arnott-of-the-toronto-blessing-blesses-todd-bentley-atlakeland/

John Arnott wrote to Todd Bentley, April 2008: (source The Elijah list) Todd, you need to keep going in these meetings as long as the Lord is moving. I feel that this is a prophetic sign that another wave of revival is coming to North America. If you remember, the laughing revival was released in Lakeland via Rodney Howard Browne. Randy Clark went to one of Rodneys meetings in November 2003 in Tulsa, and came to Toronto in January of 2004, and it all broke out here. So, the meetings starting again in Lakeland could mean that revival gets another fresh start all over the world! John Arnott, Founding Pastor, Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship The latest facts on Todd Bentley and not so Fresh Fire ministries: The IRS and Revenue Canada are investigating. The Authorities are investigating. Verified sources closest to Todd Bentley reveal that Todd has been a drunk for years. Verified sources closest to Todd Bentley reveal that Todd has been having multiple physical affairs, cheating on his wife and children, for years. All this while lying to all Christians and preaching his Todd gospel

Todd Bentley is the tattooed former criminal who in July 2008 stepped down from his controversial revival in Florida over an affair with a woman. Bentley, raised in Gibsons, B.C., was known to be a heavy drinker. During his ecstatic services he would often punch or kick sick people in the name of healing them. It wasn't his outrageous claims of raising the dead that finally landed Todd Bentley in trouble. Not the contradictory sermons, or even his criminal past. Not the face piercings, the neck-toknee tattoos, the biker-dude lifestyle. His followers could live with all that; it was part of the act. Bentley, a 32-year-old former drug addict from the west coast, was the hottest thing going on the global televangelist circuit. A hog-riding faith healer with a devil-may-care attitude. Then he failed his flock, the old fashioned way: cheating on his wife. Todd Bentley, disgraced, went into hiding for six months and then resurfaced.

Todd Bentley was EXPOSED as a LIAR and a THIEF!!! During the Lakeland revival Todd also said that God told him to get 1,000 people to give $1,000 dollars. When people confronted Todd, Todd admitted that God did not say that. We had positive proof that Todd Bentley along with the leaders of the Revival Alliance was spiritually abusing everyone. http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/revival.pdf Todd Bentley, the criminally convicted homosexual pedophile turned drunken heretic and

adulterer who kicked old ladies in the face and stomach on YouTube at the failed Lakeland, Florida counterfeit revival has entered into a biblically adulterous re- marriage while under a process of restoration led by biblically proven false prophet Rick Joyner. Bentley was ring master at a debacle of lunacy and false healing debunked on national TV orchestrated by the infamous Strader family, whom the District Attorney implicated in financial scandals defrauding elderly Christians of millions of dollars. While the Florida District Attorney publicly names Pastor Steve Strader as complicit in the swindling, his brother was sent to prison for over 30 years as a professional gangster under American anti racketeering RICO statutes. Bob Jones was debunked as a sexual predator with vulnerable women while Paul Cain was publicly disclosed to be a drunken pervert with a life long history of alcoholism and homosexuality. (Jacob Prasch) See http://moriel.org/MorielArchive/index.php/news/usa/false-prophet-rick-joynertodd-bentleys-re-marriage

In 2009 after the revival failed and Todd Bentley divorced his wife, Rick Joyner led the restoration team which included leaders who had vouched for Bentleys good character in the past even as he was deceiving us all, and has posted a letter on his web page. We are informed that Even so, they are married now and are resolved to make the most of their marriage, their lives, and to continue to serve the Lord in the best way that they can. Their being married far from making it right has in my view made matters even worse and totally disqualified Todd Bentley from any reinstatement in ministry in the foreseeable future. It means there is no repentance. He has simply gone into outright rebellion by marrying his mistress. Even if his wife had chosen to divorce him, which does not seem to be the case, a more judicious, moral and righteous course of action would have been to break off this adulterous relationship and stay celibate before God Instead, he remarries quickly. And we are put before the fait accompli. Is there a recent translation of the New Testament that decrees that the solution to adultery is to quickly divorce the offended party and marry the mistress? ( Pastor Bola Olivia Ogedengbe, ABBA HOUSE church, Paris) http://bolaoged.com/?p=743 Todd Bentley now carries the label of a liar and a deceiver. I'm sorry to mention it, but I felt personally deceived in the same way when Ted Haggard's sin was exposed and he was immediately removed from ministry... Suffice it to say that there is more than I am going to mention. First of all, Todd has been removed from public ministry until further notice. He has resigned from the ministry he founded, Fresh Fire, so he is no longer a part of that board. It has become clear that he indulged in periodic drunkenness. He has no intention at the moment of reconciling with Shonna, nor does she with him. Their marriage has been torn for years by his emotional attachment with at least one other female whose physical contact went beyond hugging and kissing and holding hands. Enough said-maybe more details will be revealed later-but it was clearly immoral. All of this was skillfully concealed by lying and by swearing close associates who had observed his behavior to secrecy. Peter Wagner Wagner, unlike Arnott admits that he, and the "apostles" where well aware that "chaos and confusion had begin to invade the Outpouring" but he went against the warnings of the others... I concluded that the best protocol was to do the alignment first, then deal with the issues that had been raised. My other friends disagreed and urged me to deal with Todd's problems first then do the

alignment. I respected their point of view and I was very sorry that I had to follow God's leading for me personally instead of taking their advice. It was not a comfortable decision. Typically then, he passes the blame for his mistakes on to God, rather than taking any personal responsibility (It's not my fault, God told me to!)... He goes on... Stephen Strader, who has been keeping records, affirms that the evil that the prince of the power of the air had been subtly introducing into the Outpouring I started to be exposed and unraveled the day after the alignment, June 24! Some questions then... if that is correct and accurate what then was the "Chaos and confusion" that so worried Strader that he felt he needed to bring in Wagner in the first place? And what where the "problems" that Wagner and his friends where debating before the 24th June? Hmmm there's a bucket full of contradiction there as far as I can see!
http://markjberry.blogs.com/way_out_west/2008/08/c-peter-wagners.html

Todd Bentley now carries the label of a liar and a deceiver - Peter Wagner So what does it say about John Arnott , the supposed apostle who laid hands on Todd Bentley on the commissioning night hosted by C. Peter Wagner? C. Peter Wagner (Founder and presiding apostle for the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and founder of the International Coalition of Apostles (ICA) - and Chuck Pierce (vice president/apostle in the NAR) were so adamantly denouncing TB Joshua they said nothing of the Toronto Blessing (John Arnott) where people were: barking like dogs, rolling on the floor laughing, shaking violently and showing off gold dust and gem stones that miraculously appeared out of nowhere. Apologies, correction, they did not appear out of nowhere an angel dropped the gemstones, apparently it had nothing better to do with its time. How odd that Wagner and Pierce never once since told John Arnott that what was happening at his Toronto Vineyard church was demonic and all this stuff happened back in 1994 already. Funny how Wagner and Pierce condoned Todd Bentley (who ran the Lakeland Outpouring) to the point of doing what they called The Alignment Ceremony live on God TV for everyone to see in which they ordained him as an evangelist. For those that dont know, in 2008 (April to July) there was a revival in Lakeland Florida where people were thrown around by some invisible force (which they, Charisma Magazine insisted was the Holy Spirit). People shook violently on stage claiming the most bizarre manifestations, visions and visitations by angles. Todd Bentley punched and kicked people to heal them, spoke of visiting people in dreams and also told of countless trips to heaven where he once stuffed his pockets with gold from a treasury room. He blasphemously baptised people in the name of the father, the son and the bam. But who could forget the 39 people claimed risen from the dead. The apostles and prophets (NAR/ICA) said this was God moving in an incredible way, until the night Todd Bentley was exposed as a fraudwell, the poor guy was dumped like a bag of hot potatoes by his fellow apostles. John Arnott is supposed apostle who laid hands on Todd Bentley on the commissioning night hosted by C. Peter Wagner. Many of the Third Wave leaders such as Wesley Campbell and Stacey Campbell or Heidi Baker have a Kundalini demon! http://www.newchristian.org.uk/kundalini.html The jerking in Toronto, Brownsville or any other revival place is not a sign of the Holy Spirit but of a Kundalini demon which infiltrated Christianity mainly in North America through Rodney Howard Browne!

The fact is the bible never talks about jerking being an attribute of the Holy Spirit but rather it states but the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control THE KEY WORD HERE IS SELF-CONTROL AND WHEN YOU ARE POSSESSED BY A DEMONIC KUNDALINI SPIRIT THERE IS NO CONTROL AND THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG AND AGAINST SCRIPTURE And anybody who has gotten involved with these Third Wave deceivers will testify that longsuffering and kindness are not demonstrated by the leaders or followers but rather arrogance, pride and intolerance and Bill Johnson of Bethel Church Redding California is a classical example with his use of sarcasms and character assassination of those who would dare to oppose his views including his support of lying, thieving adulterous Todd Bentley - http://newswithviews.com/West/marsha73.htm http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtVGxJU-j2I Instead of judging human experiences by the Word of God, these Third Wave false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ masquerading as angels of light and are demon led and inspired (2 Corinthians 11:15) suggest that we judge the Word of God by human experiences. When we base interpretation of truth on our experiences we totally lose the basis of truth. The Psalmist said, "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."

Third Wave Wealth Transfer

The whole idea that there will be a wealth transfer from the world to the Church is preposterous. What do they think the world will be doing while we take away their wealth and what in the world would we do with the wealth of the world anyway? Get rid of poverty? Where does it say the Church will do that in scripture? Actually these people will take new found wealth to build more and larger circus tents for their third wave freak shows? There is no such concept of a wealth transfer to the Church in scripture it is totally contrary to what the scripture teaches. These third wave self appointed, apostles, prophets and healers are proud presumptuous deranged people or they are greedy con artists and liars. The third wave apostles, false prophets and healers appeal to peoples flesh and that is the only reason they have a following. They certainly do not hear the true gospel from these people and they do receive any sound Christian teaching. These are the people Jesus was talking about in Matthew chapter 7: 21-22. They tell Jesus did we not prophecy in your name and cast out Devils in your name and do great works? But, Jesus will say to them depart from me you workers of inequity I never knew you. Most of these people are con men deceivers. I am not so gullible as to believe that they actually believe the stuff they peddle. I guess there could be a few simple minded exceptions in the group but the rest are simply religious acting con artists.

They use scriptures without understanding because they have none. They have no Holy Spirit to give it to them. They are followed by those who do not read Gods word. They would rather listen to people who tickle their itching ears. They could all be board members of the First Church of the Flesh. These leaders claim to be apostles, prophets and healers and they claim to be great anointed people of God but they really are the wolves in sheeps clothing that the Bible warns us against. People wonder why I say the Word of Faith movement is a false gospel cult. Well, what movement produced the prideful presumptive demonic third wave movement and the prosperity gospel? They distort everything in the Bible. So much so, that their Jesus cannot even be found in any honest study of the Bible. I think many of the third wave leaders are demon possessed and many of those who go to their gatherings are in danger of becoming demon possessed. Many of the regulars who go to their meetings display manifestations of occult demon possession. They are not of sound mind. Neither Jesus Christ, nor the Holy Spirit is in the tabernacle. If you are following these people run! You are playing with fire. http://www.thepropheticyears.com/wordpress/2008/07/20/coming-christian-wealth-transfer-or-anongoing-third-wave-demon-transfer.html

Third Wave False Prophets Are Known By Their Words

Carol Arnott has said that the Holy Spirit manifests in churches because He is lonely for Jesus so He likes to be around others who love Jesus (Apparently the Holy Spirit and Jesus are not omnipresent. This statement also smacks of tritheism as opposed to trinitarianism.) William Branham taught that the doctrine of the Trinity was a doctrine of demons. He further taught the serpent seed doctrine or the theory that Eve had sex with the serpent which impregnated her with Cain. John G. Lake taught that at salvation we become little gods. He further taught that it was permissible to contact the dead so long as one did not call them up from hell but only down from heaven. Francis Frangipane, Rick Joyner, Paul Cain and a host of others are all infected with Dominion Theology, the idea that the church will be glorified before the return of Christ and will conquer the world. John Paul Jackson and Kathie Walters both teach that there are special places on earth called portals where God can interact with the earth and men can receive revelation. John Paul even admits that this is a New Age doctrine but says that New Age portals can only reach the second heaven whereas our portals can go to the third heaven. Walters indicates that Niagra Falls is such a portal and is guarded by 100 angels. Shawn Bolz teaches that men can, through witchcraft, infiltrate heaven and steal ideas from the mind of God to pervert inventions that God wants to introduce on the earth.

Jim Goll teaches that we should be involved in judicial intercession the idea that we must accuse specific demons by name before the throne room of specific crimes against us and demand reparations.

Mike Bickle, Todd Bentley and nearly all the prophets teach the concept of soaking or even marinating in the Holy Spirit. (Bentley has a teaching entitled Marinating: Pickling in the Presence of God. I cannot think of a more crass way to refer to the Third Person of the Trinity as to use language that makes Him sound like vinegar or Italian dressing.) Todd Bentley also teaches congregations to activate God through roaring as loudly as possible. He is also claiming to see gold feathers manifesting in his meetings. Bentley and others are also teaching that we can speak prophetic decrees to our personal situations and even to the nations to cause the activity of God. Spiritual mapping is taught by most if not all of the modern prophets and certainly by all those associated with IHOP. Denny Cline and others teach that we must identify and break any curses spoken against us by other believers as well as non-believers. (Wonder why the Apostle Paul never mentions breaking curses if it is so important.) http://discernmentdirectory.com/2008/12/01/joseph-smith-vs-modern-prophets-no-difference/

Sarah Palin's Churches and the "Third Wave"

Sarah Palin's churches are actively involved in a resurgent movement that was declared heretical by the Assemblies of God in 1949....At least three of four of Palin's churches are involved with major organizations and leaders of this movement, which is referred to as The Third Wave of the Holy Spirit or the New Apostolic Reformation. The movement is training a young "Joel's Army" to take dominion over the United States and the world....Sarah Palin was re-baptized at twelve at the Wasilla Assembly of God in Wasilla, Alaska and she attended the church from the time she was ten until 2002: over two and 1/2 decades...The Wasilla Assembly of God church is deeply involved with both Third Wave activities and theology. The young generation will form "Joel's Army" to rise up and battle evil and retake the earth for God. The Third Wave is one of the largest movements in Dominionism, a group of theologies that promote taking "dominion" over the social and governmental functions of the U.S. and the world. The beliefs and manifestations of the movement include the use of 'strategic level spiritual warfare' to expel territorial demons from American and world cities. Worship includes excessive charismatic manifestations such as hundreds of people falling, 'slain in the spirit,' and congregations laughing, jerking, and shrieking uncontrollably.

Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia says Kingdom Now Theology whose chief proponent are Todd Bentley and Peter Wagner of NAR is becoming frightening - see
http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?aid=964

Kingdom Now theology, or Joel's Army is a theological belief within the charismatic movement of Protestant Christianity, which is most widespread in the United States. It is an apocalyptic movement of 'hyper-charismatic' preachers that claim to have a divine mandate to physically impose Christian 'dominion' on non-believers during end times A subset of this is Joel's army which is a supposedly prophesied group of "Armageddon-ready military force of young people with a divine mandate to physically impose Christianity. It is criticized by "mostly conservative Christians, either neo-Pentecostals who left the movement in disgust or evangelical Christians who fear that Joel's Army preachers are stealing their flocks, even sending spies to infiltrate their own congregations and sway their young people to heresy. And they say the movement is becoming frightening." Kingdom Now proponents believe that God lost control over the world to Satan when Adam and Eve sinned. Since then, the theology goes, God has been trying to reestablish control over the world by seeking a special group of believers. Through these people known as "covenant people," "overcomers" or "Joel's army," depending on the source social institutions (including governments and laws) would be brought under God's authority. These "covenant people" or "overcomers" are "little gods" God's "extension" in the world to regain authority from the devil. The church, under the leadership of "restored" apostles and prophets, therefore must take over the world and put down all opposition to it before Christ can return. Anyone who rebels against the church, along with other "evildoers," must convert or be punished. One of the most controversial tenets of the theology is the belief that secular or non-Christian society will never succeed, since, according to their beliefs, the only valid legislation, social theory, spiritual beliefs, and economic theory are those derived from the Bible. Hence, Kingdom Now opposes a separation of church and state. Kingdom Now theology has some beliefs in common with the Latter Rain Movement, such as a belief in restored apostles and prophets. It also has a great deal in common with Dominion theology which is the belief that this world can be conquered for Christ by the temporal political, military, and religious powers of a present day Christian superpower. Its eschatology is a dominionist belief that a church-state takeover of the world is awaiting fulfillment. This theology is preached by a small minority within the Charismatic movement. However, some of the theology's most strident critics are also from within the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements. Some have claimed that the non-Charismatic movement known as Reconstructionism holds similar beliefs and that the two movements largely complement one another. There are, however, some major differences.Doctrines such as theonomy (the continued validity of the Old Testament) and Calvinism (particularly predestination and the sovereignty of God) are central to Reconstructionist doctrine. Additionally, Reconstructionists nearly always teach cessationism, in opposition to the defining characteristics of the Charismatic movement. Reconstructionists strongly disagree with many of the doctrines of "Kingdom Now" theology and related theologies such as the Latter Rain Movement and typically consider these movements to be heretical, and are usually very critical of the charismatic movement as a whole. Bentley has drawn criticism of both the content of his preaching as well as the manner in which he imparts it. His flamboyant mannerisms, such as yelling 'Bam!!' during sermons, as well as a unconventional appearance for a evangelist; dozens of tattoos, multiple facial piercings, and a

preference for t-shirts over ties. Other major theological debates have arisen from Bentley's references to several trips he has claimed make to Heaven and meetings with Paul the Apostle. These controversies were highlighted by the media coverage of the Lakeland revival. Another doctrinal dispute surrounds his alleged encounter with an angel he called 'Emma' at an Assemblies of God church in 2001. Bentley stated that the female angel gave him a vision of gold coins and that afterwards he received a breakthrough in terms of financial stability. Among Assembly of God congregants, especially, there was debate about whether such a professed encounter was in line with AOG doctrine as set out in the 16 Fundamental Truths. The Biblical basis for this has been questioned, but Bentley claims it was God's choice, and not his own, that an angel appeared to him in that manner. http://www.scribd.com/doc/2909690/AN-ANGEL-CALLED-EMMA Bentley has "Joel's Army" tattooed across his sternum with military dog tags, which the Southern Poverty Law Center says is part of a growing apocalyptic movement that "Bentley and a handful of other 'hyper-charismatic' preachers advancing the same agenda, Joel's Army is prophesied to become an Armageddon-ready military force of young people with a divine mandate to physically impose Christian 'dominion' on non-believers." The article further explained that there is evidence Bentley is a "general" in the army whose "critics are mostly conservative Christians, either neoPentecostals who left the movement in disgust or evangelical Christians who fear that Joel's Army preachers are stealing their flocks, even sending spies to infiltrate their own congregations and sway their young people to heresy. And they say the movement is becoming frightening."

Third Wave Fleecers And Crooks

Tampa Florida based South African Revival Evangelist Rodney Howard Browne was the originator of the false Third Wave revivals. Rodney teaches that its the pastors duty to fleece the sheep because it they have too much hair they cannot see where they are going. And this Mother of North America revivals in 1993 in Carpenters Home Church Lakeland Florida was not only about laugher but about money. (http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/wolves.pdf) Later Rodney would complain about how the pastors in the midst of revival were stealing money from him. According to Pastor Jack Collins CHCs Senior Pastor Karl Strader and his right hand man Joe Perez were skimming money from nightly offering of $40,000 in the revival held in the church in 1973. (http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/xxcrxxoxxoks.pdf ) Todd Bentleys latest revival in Lakeland Florida with the assistance of Karl Straders son Stephen Strader was all about money also. Todd Bentley in his May 7, 2008 Email Keep This Revival on God TV is begging for money from the faithful deceived ones. And he has stated We have posted NEW video's links to brand new clips on our Breaking News page of our website. According to reliable sources she was influential in getting Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship Nonprofit Corporation and its executives John Arnott to pursue litigation against Walter Kambulow of

Burlington and suing him for $ 50 million dollars because TACFs cash cow was exposed. Her ministry advised Mr. Kambulow by email of TACF intentions! Please be advised that TACF is contemplating commencing an action against you for these past defamatory statements unless you send an apology and retraction to all the individuals referred to above within 10 days of the date of this letter. If you persist in sending the defamatory emails, we have been instructed forthwith to commence an action against you and to seek general, special, aggravated and punitive damages against you as a result of the defamatory statements, together with interest and the costs of pursuing the litigation. TACF Lawyer to Walter Kambulow On the surface these revivalists appear to be wonderful nice people they are brood of vipers especially Patricia King who is extremely close and influential with John Arnott of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. The proof of this is the an email dated August 14, 2007 from Patricia Kings Ministry http://www.extremeprophetic.com telling Walter Kambulow Please be advised that TACF is contemplating commencing an action against you.

Although small in comparison to Third Wave ministries of Benny Hinn, Rodney Howard Browne, and Richard Roberts, Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship brings in an annual revenue of $8 million dollars enabling its founding pastors and executives to finance a lavish life style, enjoy all expense paid trips all over the world and pay off their mortgages tax free.

These Third Wave Pentecostal Family owned and run ministries/corporations with their dummy board of directors composed of family, friends and staff, are all about money with constant appeals about need money to spread the revival. None of them belong to the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability (http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/wolves.pdf). "One hundred million souls for Christ proclaims Gill Howard Browne Rodneys brother and of course much money is need to make all this happen! These revivalist offer their faithful adherents and participants a special experience with God and with different kinds of angels to the exclusion of others who dont believe, give money to them and support them. But divisions, friction, contentions, confusions, marriage breakdown, slander, character assassination, and false doctrine are rampant amongst the Third Wave groups according to Scott Holtz who says God is cleaning house (http://flashfloods.com). Holtz says Judgment has begun in the His House and what you are reading in the newspapers this weekend of the falling of Ted Haggard is just the tip of the iceberg of what is going to be exposed of others associated with him and the Apostolic/Prophetic movement he helped lead.... (For me to adequately detail for you how dangerous things have become, I have been released by the Lord tonight to mention specific names of ministers in this email, not to trash their ministries, but to attempt to expose a very hideous plan of Satan to deceive millions of Christians world-wide. I'm not a heresy hunter who feeds on the bones of fallen saints but rather a brother who passionately wants to see the glory of God. Unfortunately in all my travels the last 21 years, I have seen much compromise, gross Scriptural error, and demonic manifestations that have gone unchecked in the current prophetic movement. However, this is all changing this week...as it is time to let His justice system trigger and flow down like a mighty river to purify His people! Many of the hidden prophets are coming out of their caves of exile in this hour! Get ready to not be offended by us and our messages of ruthless and divine justice!!!) In 1989, Dalit and I pleaded and warned the leaders of a local Messianic

congregation we attended and were married in to not go out to Kansas City (Mike Bickle's church) and have a well known "prophet" named Paul Cain prophesy and lay hands on them. God had shown us that this minister Paul Cain was a homosexual and was operating in something which he called "the mantle of the late William Branham". The leaders of our congregation told us to be quiet and not spread our opinions to the other members because they considered themselves more spiritually in tune with what God is saying than Dalit and I. Being discouraged but still not willing to be quiet with this strong warning rolling on the inside of me about Paul Cain, God arranged a few days later for us to have a spontaneous meeting with the late Derek Prince. In this small and intimate meetings, we had the chance to share some of our prophetic concerns with Derek and he wisely told us a testimony of one of his best friends named Earn Baxter who travelled many years with William Branham. Before Earn had passed on into the glory realm, he told Derek Prince that at the end of William Branham's ministry there was a strange thing happening. Branham had the great ability to operate in a very accurate word of knowledge from God but also at times seemed to operate in a spirit of divination! Derek Prince then went on as a wise sage to warn us as young bucks to have nothing to do with any in so called "prophetic" ministry who say they have the mantle of William Branham transferred on upon them!!!! No matter how many signs and wonders are evident!!!! Paul Cain was the man Derek was making direct reference to and we held on to this secondary confirming prophetic warning from Derek despite being personally ostracized and rejected by many of the leaders and believers we knew at that wonderful Messianic fellowship. However, as we put quick distance between us and Paul Cain and especially those other ministries in North America who considered Paul Cain their "spiritual father" we noticed a very tragic thing begin to happen in that local Messianic Fellowship. Strife, division, presumptuous prophetic words, and then friends dying of cancer and many marriages washing up into the secular divorce courts. And to this day, that Messianic Fellowship is tragically no longer in existence....and my heart still grieves by what I saw enter in and because of the fear of man did not sound the warning louder..... As seen by TACFs lawsuit against Kambulow, there is no tolerance from Third Wave leaders for those who oppose or expose their views or speak against Third Wave Revivals and their enemies will incur curses and wrath from God almighty Himself. This is also seen from the attitude, words and deeds of John Kilpatrick, who pastored Brownsville Assembly during the Pensacola Revival of the 1990s and set up two nonprofit corporations, which made him also rich from the so called revival
(http://www.rickross.com/reference/brownsville/brownsville34.html)

The Rev. John Kilpatrick's pronouncements of dire divine judgment on those who dare to question the Pensacola Brownsville Revival have caused quite a stir nationwide reported The Pensacola News Journal/November 17, 1997 (http://www.rickross.com/reference/brownsville/brownsville24.html) Kilpatrick made his prophecy about Hank Hanegraaff at Brownsville Assembly of God in a televised revival message on April 6. Hanegraaff was president of the Christian Research Institute in Southern California and host of the nationally syndicated radio show "Bible Answer Man." He was on the April 4 episode of "Larry King Live" talking about his book "Counterfeit Revival: Looking for God in All the Wrong Places" and about how some Christian denominations use sociopsychological techniques to manipulate followers. Kilpatrick, who said he did not see this "Larry King Live" episode, said he became angry after someone who saw the show told him that Hanegraaff compared the revival to the Heaven's Gate cult. On April 6 he made this prophecy against Hanegraaff: "I want to say something this morning to Hank Hanegraaff: "You better back off, because I am going to prophesy to you that if you don't, and you

continue to put your tongue in your mouth on this move of God, within 90 days the Holy Ghost will bring you down. "I said: Within 90 days the Holy Ghost will bring you down! "And I speak that as a man of God. ... This is a move of God and you better leave it alone." Hanegraaff told the News Journal: "Kilpatrick wildly distorted what I said, and he is making pronouncements under the auspices of the Holy Spirit. On June 18 -- 72 days after he prophesied that the Holy Spirit would smote Hanegraaff -Kilpatrick recanted and apologized. As a result of Patricia Kings coaching and bullying, TACF sued Walter Kambulow for $50 million dollars in the Superior Court of Ontario, Toronto on October 18,2007. But TACFs lawsuit has run into serious problems of perjury, lies, slander, thievery, character assassination and dirty tricks by TACF as reported Christian News Today on its website (http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/wolves.pdf,
http://www.a2zbookdepot.com/revival.pdf)

According to anonymous sources, Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship Corporation and President John Arnott and Vice President Steve Long $50 million dollar lawsuit against a fellow Christian, Walter Kambulow of Burlington, Ontario, had run into serious problems. As a result TACF and its pastors looked for a face saving solution as to why they took a Christian to court contrary to scripture including further character assassinating Mr. Kambulow. TACF and its pastors had committed perjury in their Statement of Claim by falsely stating that they were seriously damaged by Mr. Kambulow and his words and actions have had and will continue to have a detrimental effect on the ability of TACF to continue to serve its members and on the ability of Amott and Long to continue to perform their work as pastors! TACF and its pastors since the filing of their lawsuit have continued with business as usual by taking cruises, vacations and trips around the world charged to their typical Pentecostal family owned and run corporation/ ministry and have been paying off each others mortgage tax free. (http://www.fstdt.com/forums/thread.aspx?t=15245) TACF and its pastors have not been able to substantiate to the court that they have been seriously hurt or damaged in any way by Mr. Kambulow! And a Toronto motion Judge has turned down TACF's request for a permanent injunction against Mr. Kambulow or to put him in jail so that there would not be a trial on the matter and TACF had been using dirty tricks and motions to prevent their lawsuit from continuing! Evidence had been presented to the Superior Court of Ontario by Mr. Kambulow that TACF and its pastors were guilty of financial crimes and hate crimes as well as perjury for which they must be prosecuted and put in jail. Contrary to a Judges Order of January 15, 2008 TACF and John Arnott and Steve Long refused to submit a Statement of Defense to Mr. Kambulow concerning his $ 100 million dollar lawsuit TACF and its pastors didnt have much respect for the Judge or the Court system or anybody when it didnt suit them and believed that they are only accountable to God and no other because of their unique Third Wave anointing and Toronto Blessing. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toronto_Blessing,

Supporters of Third Wave revivals such Richard Roberts, Benny Hinn, Ted Haggart and Paul Cain and friends of TACFs John Arnott, not only believe in nepotism and accountability only to God but are of dubious character and questionable integrity and we saw this clearly with Todd Bentley. Already struggling to keep enrollment numbers up, ORU was rocked by a financial scandal last fall that led to the resignation of Richard Roberts, who had been school president since 1993. He left

amid accusations of misspending school funds to bankroll a lavish lifestyle at a time when the school was more than $50 million in debt. He had denied wrongdoing. Benny Hinn has been examined and investigated by major Television news media including NBC and CBC and has been found to be a fraud and a crook! http://www.cbc.ca/fifth/main_miracles.html,

Paul Cain a homosexual who preyed on boys. http://forum.rickross.com/read.php?12,20256,page=17). Discern reported: Accountability or the lack thereof is a very significant factor when examining groups like IHOP or "leaders" like Mike Bickle. I was present at IHOP when Paul Cain was "outed" by Rick Joyner, Jack Deere and Mike Bickle. As a minister of the Gospel for over 30 years I had stopped at IHOP while travelling and was privy to the "inner circle" of IHOP and it's coverup of what I consider to be a criminal matter. When Mike Bickle and others exposed Paul Cain they did it in a way that covered up their own sin. I had youth in this movement tell me that they had been sexually abused by Paul Cain years before the exposure. It was well know by Bickle and Joyner that this was going on. They made a choice to cover it up. When I told the "leadership" that it was required by law to report this to the authorities if there was even a remote possibility that a victim could have been underage they attacked me. Their response was that if I said anything to anyone they would bring their considerable resources to bear and destroy me and my ministry. They went so far as to reach into the country that I came from and try to find any "dirt" on me that they could use. Ted Haggart, former president of the National Association of Evangelicals, who patronized prostitute Mike Jones for homosexual sex and methamphetamines is out there for all to see is also supposed to be normal! (http://www.rickross.com/reference/fundamentalists/fund201.html ) Yes the News Media and the public must be informed and be made aware of these Third Wave Con Artists, Liars, Money Changers, and Wolves in sheeps clothing and are to have no dealing with them!

Third Wave History

Here is a fundamental Christian viewpoint:
1. Its History In the early 1980s the Vineyard Christian Fellowship movement began with the ministry of John Wimber in California. He believed that people would become convinced of the genuineness of Christianity by seeing miraculous signs and wonders from God more than by being convinced doctrinally. He not only practiced this belief in the church he pastored, but he also teamed up with missions professor Peter Wagner to teach and encourage its practice in the Signs and Wonders class at Fuller Seminary. Others who emphasized these signs and wonders include Christian psychologist and speaker John White, former Dallas Seminary professor Jack Deere, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School faculty member Wayne Grudem. Support for this emphasis has also come from the ministries of such recognized Christian leaders as John Piper. 2. Distinctive Views The movements supporters come from various evangelical backgrounds and do not necessarily want to be identified with traditional man-centered Pentecostal views. Some, in fact, have strong Calvinistic convictions. But all stress the presence of genuine signs and wonders from

God today. Tongues-speaking is not emphasized as much as in the more traditional Pentecostal groups, but healings and especially the gift of prophecy are very prominent. D. Other Contemporary Charismatic Emphases Also present in more recent years are the ministries of several others who have a strongly charismatic approach and emphasis. These include those who emphasize a health and wealth gospel; the ministries of charismatic teachers such as Benny Hinn, Kenneth Hagin, and Kenneth Copeland; and the current ministries of Oral and Richard Roberts, John Arnott and the Toronto Blessing, Paul Cain and the Kansas City Prophets, and Rodney HowardBrowne and John Kilpatrick of the Brownsville Assembly of God Church and the Pensacola Outpouring Revival. Information Report on C.Peter Wagner, And Problems in the Vineyard The New Apostolic Reformation is the term that Peter Wagner has used to describe His third-wave/new age movement. The Teachings of this movement are contrary to what Christians have historically believed for centuries. We do not expect you to take our word for it. So we have provided useful documentation & leads. This New Apostolic Reformation would be normally known as False Doctrines, but A sufficient number of evangelicals no longer know how to recognize True Doctrine from False Doctrine. Peter Wagner used to be a missionary in Latin American and Indigenous People Groups. He returned from the mission field, and eventually ended up at Fuller Theological Seminary. John Wimber used to be a part of Calvary Chapel ministries of Chuck Smith. Chuck Smith by all accounts, is a man who came out of the Jesus Movement of the 1960s and was well-grounded in the Bible. However Chuck Smith John Wimber came to diverge in the mid 1980s, and Wimber went on to found the Vineyard Fellowships. The Vineyard Christian Fellowship appeared to prosper during the 1980s, based largely on a ministry of Healing and Popular music, but their theology was evaluated to be very weak, in many cases, and plainly aberrant in other cases. In other words, Vineyard Christian Fellowships had good music, but they did not do a very good job of Teaching theology, or teaching people how to study the Bible for themselves. Most people today within The Vineyard movement remain Biblically illiterate, unsure of what they believe nor why, and have great trouble defending their spiritual faith. Enter the Kansas City Prophets The Vineyards in the mid 1980s appeared to be headed to a mainstream audience, when it was discovered that much of the Vineyard leadership and Pastors had become enamored with other very unusual teachers, who claimed to hear from God directly. There were several of these men, and most of them happened to be Pastors, and taught in Kansas City. These men came to be known as the Kansas City Prophets. The Kansas City Prophets, which included Rick Joyner, Francis Frangipane, Noel Alexander, John Paul Jackson, Bob Jones, and Micke Bickle, had decided to accept to mentor and help John Wimber come to learn to listen to the Voice of the Lord on a more direct basis. These men claimed to speak from God, and claimed in several cases to have words of Knowledge that were on a Par [equal] with Scripture. Only the interesting point was that many of their teachings appeared to contradict the teachings of the Bible. As if that were not enough, several of these Kansas City Prophets proclaimed that their words actually were superior to the Bible and the Biblical Text.

A Pastor in Kansas City Ernie Gruen - watched all of this unfold. He was troubled and tormented by what he saw. He was troubled at the theological Heresy of the Kansas City Prophets, and he was also very troubled. Further, he was also troubled that the leaders of the Vineyard movement were not only failing to warn their flock, they were welcoming these heretics and their false teachings with open arms. He decided to blow the whistle. After an in-depth investigation, listening and transcribing hundreds of audio tapes, sermons, etc, and footnoting and documenting his sources, he produced a report about the Kansas City Prophets, which exposed them. This report - which appeared in 1990 - was very simply called: Do We Keep Smiling and Say Nothing? Needless to say, a firestorm ensued. Gruen was castigated by the Kansas City Prophets, and some of them suggested that this pastor would be killed by God for producing his report. In the meantime, several churches around the Nation (in the USA) wrote to Pastor Gruen to state that they supported his Research and his call to repentance of many of the Kansas City Prophets. Gruen requested that the Network of Christian Ministries mediate between him and the Kansas City Prophets, but the leaders of KCF, refused11. Eventually, with much coaxing by John Wimber, the Kansas City Prophets now agreed to be under the official tutelage of the Vineyard Leadership, at least until their theology was straightened out. This was odd, since until the report was publically available, it was the Vineyard Leadership that had been under the tutelage of the Kansas City Prophets. Thus the status of the Kansas City Prophets rose, not only because they were formerly uttering the very words of God, but because now, they had accepted correction, and their theology had been approved by Vineyard which had - supposedly - helped them to abandon their theologically errant ways. The only true problem was...that - within months - the Kansas City Prophets continued to teach most of the same doctrines that they had been teaching before. Now however, they were doing so under the auspices of Vineyard Fellowships across the nation, and it was well known around the country at the various Vineyards - that anyone who wanted truly to experience God - should go to the source of this wisdom, the Kansas City Prophets. Later on, the Kansas City Prophets decided to go public with the source of their own teachings and inspiration, to let others know about their leader and mentor. They introduced him to their congregations. They brought him in for meetings, and teachings. His name was: PAUL CAIN, the disciple of William Branham. Paul Cain was no less controversial than The Kansas City Prophets. In fact, he was More. Not that controversy is a sin. It is not. But teaching doctrinal error contrary to the Bible is a grievous Sin, and it is intentional blasphemy when done so intentionally. (As St. Paul said, if someone comes preaching another doctrine, another Christ, ...)Paul Cain had the same theology as William Branham. Like Branham, Paul Cain emphasized Healing rather than doctrine. And like Branham, Paul Cain also denied the Trinity. When caught making these statements, Paul Cain spoke up at a Vineyard conference and said that he was not sure what was meant by the Trinity, whether it was one God in three, three gods in one, one god or three Gods. We all (his audience) just needed to get off this divisive theology and worship the Real Jesus.

Some in the audience wondered how - if this man himself could not tell us who the real Jesus was, how he would possibly introduce Him to us. ( ???). Peter Wagner, Territorial Spirits and Word-Faith As the 1990s passed, Peter Wagner was not idle. The Early 90s were spent by Wagner developing his Third Wave ideology4.This was the notion that the Congregations in the 1990s that were growing, were spiritually prepared by the Holy Spirits as his Third Wave of Revival. Others might have suggested that the congregations were instead being prepared for delusion. Peter Wagner wanted to be in vanguard of the movements of the Holy Spirit. He began expounding the notion of Territorial Spirits, the notion that certain evil spirits were assigned geographical positions on Earth, and that by rebuking them - in the air - that this was then enough to ensure that the geographical area which had now presumably been re-conquered by Wagner and his unusual prayer warriors, would then be won over for Christ. Whether those followers of Wagner made it over to foreign lands to evangelize the people who lived in those geographical areas - that the Spirits - had controlled, is hard to tell. What is Not hard to tell is that Peter Wagner amassed a great following of Prayer Warriors casting down all sorts of Spirits, at least in the U.S. Peter Wagner moved from Fuller Seminary and later founded his own World Prayer Center in Colorado Springs. He co-founded a church in the Springs (New Life Church pastored by Ted Haggard), and brought in a team of super-Christian warriors, mighty men in the Lord who would help him Teach and Preach to his congregation and adherents, to learn two things: 1. How to deal with territorial spirits and 2. How to move into the prophetic ministry, in order to have ones words become equal to scripture. This was to be done as an action of following the Holy Spirit. These super-warriors continued their old writings, and started writing anew on 2 fronts: A. How Christians could rebuke certain specific demons, such as the Demons of Babylon and B. How the Church would become the Church Triumphant taking over the world in the name of Christ, and then fight in the name of the Lord to restore his spotless bride to Him (part of the old doctrines of George Warnock)15. Who were these warriors that C. Peter Wagner looked up to, that he brought in to help him - (at the new World Prayer Center and Ted Haggard (and his New Life Church) ??? These Super Warriors, you guessed it, were the Kansas City Prophets. Keep in mind the facts about C. Peter Wagner and his career. If he has started off in his earlier career at Fuller proclaiming then what he has proclaimed for the most recent 20 years of his life, he would have been identified and his doctrine rejected. It was only because he was perceived as being a doctrinally correct theologian and missions professor, that he was able to subvert his listeners with another gospel. Today, if you visit the World Prayer Center in Colorado Springs established and directed by Peter Wagner, you will find the works of Peter Wagner, John Wimber, The Kansas City Prophets, (and Bill Hammon). One of the emerging new [false] doctrines of this Prophetic Movement is the abandonment of the Rapture, since this stands in the way of their belief in inheriting the Earth. The Leaders of this movement gathered together in January 1999 in Colorado Springs to affirm this. The Conference Speakers included: C.Peter Wagner, Paul Cain, Cindy Jacobs, Chuck Pierce, Bill Hamon, Dutch

Sheets, Rick Joyner, Kingsley Fletcher, Mike Bickle, Jim Laffon, Barbara Wentroble and Ted Haggard. Jack Deere The same thing which is true about Wagner and his credentials - also is true about Jack Deere, who wrote When the Spirit comes with Power17. Initially this man was a well regarded Dallas Theological Seminary Professor. But he wanted results and to feel the power of God, so he went down the road and located another much less well known school, known in Texas as the Emmaus Road School. Its main teacher ? You Guessed it, Paul Cain !!! Yet when Deere wrote his book on the Holy Spirit (which was a backhanded apologetics for Cain, it was done using his credentials from Dallas Theological Seminary). Since his conversion to Word-Faith doctrine, Deere has taught some Seminars along with the Kansas City Prophets and Peter Wagner, at Peter Wagners International Prayer Center. Much of the background information of this present material (on the early pentecostal/ charismatic links) comes from the work of 4 authors: Richard Quebedeaux, Ed Dobson, Vinson Synan and Richard Riss, who did his Masters Thesis on the Latter Rain movement (if there is a distinction between the Latter Rain movement and the Word-Faith movement, I have not seen it). Unfortunately, especially Synan and Riss both approve of the word-faith movement and have been affiliated with its promotion, and Riss appears to teach the false doctrine that the Rapture is really the removal of the wicked from the Earth while the righteous reign.

Problems in the Vineyards

Two festering problems are now tormenting John Wimber and his Vineyard churches. He does not seem able to solve them. The first problem is connected with the Kansas City Prophets who joined in 1991 the network of the Association of Vineyard Churches by invitation of John Wimber. The complexities of this story is such that it will be related in another place within its own framework of references. The "Toronto Blessing" is still another story of major portentous significance which threatens the very existence of the Vineyard churches, and which compromises Wimber's emphases on the "Signs and Wonders" movement. There has been nothing like it since the Pentecostal revival on Azusa Street in 1906. The "Toronto Blessing" had its beginning on a cold night January 6, 1994. A small insignificant Vineyard church with 120 present met in a fourday revival to hear a guest speaker, Randy Clark, a Saint Louis Vineyard preacher. He had been recently anointed by South African Rodney HowardBrown, one of two sources for the "Toronto Blessing" laughins. Then it happened! The "Toronto Blessing" suddenly descended upon the gathering. Then the laughing began which has since spread around the world nonstop. Many swooned falling to the floor. This was the actual beginning of the "Toronto Blessing." The meetings continued nightly. The word got around and the people started coming. More than a million people since that night have come to Toronto from around the world in hope of being touched by the Holy Spirit. Whatever John Wimber had in mind about the "Signs and Wonders" of the third advent of the Holy Spirit in this century, he was not thinking about what started in Toronto. The behavior of the participants has evolved and expanded. The unexpected is expected. It is a sight to see. The vast carpeted floor of the Toronto Vineyard church is littered with bodies, laughing,

swooning, staggering, trilling, and whooping. Some no doubt come for the excitement, or to put on a show of their own. A lion's sound rolls through the assembly hall, punctuated by the barking as of a dog. Here are ministers wailing like a bunch of cats. A man is wearing a Tshirt with the logo- "A jerk for Jesus." A woman down front whips her hair into a frenzy before falling to the floor. Jim Beverley, professor of theology and ethics in an Ontario seminary said God would never choose to have us bray like a lovesick donkey. The Toronto Blessing is being scourged by Christian critics who see in it spiritual hocus pocus at best, and devil inspired at the worst. Wimber is greatly alarmed that his Anaheim Vineyard church is being upstaged by John Arnott's Toronto Vineyard church. An exciting evening session of healing people with headaches and internal cancer cannot compare with all the excitement of a "Toronto Blessing" service when everything is rocking and rolling. John Wimber has reacted in two ways. He sent letters to 600 Vineyard Fellowships world wide announcing that the Toronto "spirit" exercises such as lion roaring and dog barking were not acceptable. The Toronto airport church was drummed out of the Vineyard Association of Churches after John Arnott ignored what amounted to an ultimatum.

"An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and a sign will not be given it, except the sign of Jonah." And He left them and went away. --Jesus Christ, Matthew 16:4 To the Reader: The Prophetic Movement is a dark, evil wasteland teeming with false apostles, false prophets, hyper-heretics, false healers, and greedy, moneyhungry con men and women, all of whom are overshadowed by Satan and his demonic forces. From the Prophetic Movement came doctrines of demons such as: man is a "god" or "God;" Jesus took on Satan's nature, sinned, and had to be born again in hell; God is subject to man's desires and wishes; visits to heaven and hell; fabricated and lying signs and wonders; extra-Biblical dreams, visions, and revelations; man-infested manifestations; prosperity poverty; and one-on-one encounters with angels, Old Testament prophets, New Testament apostles, and "Jesus Christ". Many within the Prophetic Movement claim to live pain free, disease free, and even sin free (despite 1 John 1:8-10. Notice the word "we" in all three passages). But one thing they won't live free from is old age and death. Now as the many movements within the hyper-Charismatic camp merge into one, they bring their own counterfeit gospel, counterfeit spirit, and counterfeit "Jesus Christ," who disguises himself as an angel of light, and is backed by false apostles, deceitful workers--men and women who appear as servants of righteousness (2 Corinthians chapter 11).

In 2 Timothy 3:12-13, the Apostle Paul lovingly warned Timothy of what to expect from the world and wolves in sheep's clothing: Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. As with every belief system that is not of God, the Prophetic Movement is falling deeper into deception and delusion. Its buildings are crumbling; its fruit is foul and rancid; its water is stagnant, and its air is contaminated and toxic to breathe. The Prophetic Movement presents a clear and present danger to the mental, physical, and spiritual welfare of the believer, as well as those searching for the real Jesus Christ. The sadness and damage caused by its leaders and followers to people and the cause of Christ is beyond words. Therefore, do not be surprised at what slithers in and spews from the mouth of the Prophetic Movement. The worst is yet to come.
