For this reason the student of the department of the Public Accounting of the Foundation St Martin University needs for his/her professional development the knowledge of this language, in order to confront the needs and the requirements of the national and international, public or private organizations for which are working. It is because of it that the department of accounting European has decided to adopt the standards proposed in the Common European Frame of Reference for the education of the foreign and like that languages to educate integral students. GENERAL Educate integrally book-keepers in the Foundation Sant Martin University that they handle a level of language corresponding to the level A2 of the European Frame of Common Reference. To increase the above mentioned level of long-term language to the level B1 and immediately afterwards to the B2. SPECIFICS Use the TIC as tool of the auto-learning work. COMPETENCES, ACHIEVEMENTS, METHODOLOGIC STRATEGIES COMPETENCES Interpretative Competences The development of these competitions will be in a gradual way, as the student deals each of the levels, since, this one must go acquiring the necessary vocabulary in order that in a future it could do a rational abstraction of the legal texts on having finished all the levels to be able to defend with the second language in his/her work life. Cognitive Competences The development of these competitions will be realized in each of levels, in order that the student having finished achieves a systematic and causal understanding of the practices and accounting procedures across readings, documents you will discipline of the international context in the second language. ACHIEVEMENTS The achievements in this case will be across the competences of the language, which will be develop of the following form: The levels A: they will take charge of the development of the grammatical and reading competences. The levels B: they will develop the competences of oral, writing production and listening. It is necessary to take in account that in each level they are going to work all the competitions, but that, a major deepening will be done of these depending the levels A or B. The first thing that it is necessary to take in account is the methodology which will be participative,where the students across the development of the class. would achieve with the use of workshops, exhibitions, playful activities and literary readings and own others of the accounting topic, that they facilitate the incorporation of debates of different topics, and that they allow in addition, improve the pronunciation and the acquisition of new vocabulary.
