Subject: agenda for ciongoli meeting
We won't send this to Adam, because he's out of town until this afternoon, but
for our own purposes, I suggest the following (to which you are welcome to add):

1. Status of document requests; concern re slowness, esp. at FBI and DoD.

2. Adam's "deputies" -- what is status of their relationship wi,th agency PQCs?

What about the additional two deputies? 'Oj(/\/U-£Jc i ^) H1^ ~TS»f ; -k

3. Jt. Inquiry report and other JI matters.

4. Interview guidelines: Commission will decide Thurs whether to appeal. If

not, we will send Adam a letter setting forth our understanding' of ground rules
re agency reps, and seeking his concurrence and notification of agency POCs.
(Should we preview the groundrules? I would be inclined to do so.)

5. PEOC/Sit Rm briefing.

6. CIA timeline.

7. Moussaoui briefing, etc. -- status?

8. Detainee documents -- status?
