2l The above tariff(s) are subject to change as per TRAI regulations issued from time to time. In case, if any violation of TRAI regulation will found on later stage regarding Tariff/Facilities provided by the BSNL and due to these reasons if any Legalfinancial liability of the PSPCL is occuredfiXed then it will be the whole responsibility of BSNL.
