SECTION 4A: INFORMATION FOR DISCLOSURE OF CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS NOTE: Ernslaw One Ltd requires you to disclose all convictions unless they are covered by the Criminal Records (Clean Slate Act) Act 2004. WHAT MUST YOU DISCLOSE?
