Assistant Manager Operation (Jan- 2011 to Jul-2011)

Job Profile: Responsible to handle the DCS operation of 330MW PFBC Boiler and Turbine Unit to achieve the generation Target. Handled the Unit Start-up, shut down, MFT, Grid failure, emergency etc during my shift operation. Handled to charge and taken in to the line of operation of Boiler auxiliaries like Coal mill, Lube oil System , oil gun, ID,FD & PA fans, BFP, feed water, lube oil systems, steam line, APH, LRSB and all heaters spray line etc. Issue and cancellation PTW (Permit to Work) system, safe isolation, personnel safety and equipment safety. Coordinate with DM Plant and knowledge about Water chemistry. Identify and supported to maintenance team for the routing maintenance of Equipment to reduce the break up and downtime. Adhere to all safety norms and safe work practices for the plant movement for inspection and monitoring of physical parameter. Field Operation- Line-up of equipments during starting, giving clearances to DCS operators to start the equipments, proper inspection of field for any abnormality, to properly isolate the equipment for maintenance. Responsible for proper electrical isolation (6.6KV, 415V) & mechanical isolation of equipment for maintenance work. Field operation of BOP areas like LDO house, Compressor house, cooling tower etc. Devising and implementing checks and ensuring compliance of safe and sound technical practices for the smooth functioning of the plant with the aim of achieving zero failure. Works on SAP modules for maintenance jobs and permits flow. Prepared Standard Operation Procedure of all equipment, start-up & shut down procedure for safe & reliable operation of unit.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION Completed Mechanical Engineering from J.R.N. Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University (Distance Education) in 2010. Completed Diploma from GOVT G.B PANT LUCKNOW (U.P) in 1998 with 70%.
