PROJECT STATUS REPORT PURPOSE The purpose of the project status report is to discuss what the group have done and accomplished from July 19, 2013 to July 25, 2013.

PROJECT STATUS REPORT TEMPLATE Project Status Report Details The group completed the Event table, CFD, DFD, Use Case, Use Case Full Description, Entity Relationship Diagram, Activity Diagram and Data Dictionary. The Project is still on process. o The project for R.B.A consultancy and General Services is a client servicing system. The system will help client of R.B.A Consultancy and General Services access their transaction status at any time and place. o Creating the Event Table, Context Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Use Case, Use Case - Full Description, Entity Relationship Diagram and Data Dictionary is the Milestone deliverables for the last reporting period. o If our milestone deliverables is successful, we can now proceed to our next milestone deliverables but if failed, we can't proceed to our next milestone and should be able to fix the problem on our previous deliverables. The group must always conduct an interview to their advisers regarding their project to get an advice from them to improve the project.

Project Overall Status: The group completed the Event table, CFD, DFD, Use Case, Use Case Full Description, Entity Relationship Diagram, Activity Diagram and Data Dictionary. Project Summary: The group completed the Event Table, CFD, DFD, Use Case, Use Case Full Description, Entity Relationship Diagram, Activity Diagram and Data Dictionary for the client servicing system of RBA Consultancy and General Services for the second week because we made some changes and add something in our diagrams. The group was able to discussed it with the advisers and get some corrections and advice. Project Recommendations The group must conduct an interview with Mr. Alegre for further suggestions and clarifications of the client servicing system. The group should keep up with the schedule and once the consultation with the advisers started and submits requirements on time.
