Dhina Porutham for Marriage Matching

Out of the ten poruthams prescribed by South Indian Astrological rules this comes first and is also called as Nakshatras Porutham. This match calculation is good to be analysed not only for the marriage but also for finding a good companion or friend or partner in business.
Meaning and effects Dhinam simply means day today affairs. We can see many people quarrel or dislike each other just during their first meeting. Some couples you can observe just exchange hot words and turn their faces away for petty things but in the long run have deep love and affection. Without knowing the reason they just show face for a small time but later become normal and cordial. If you are friend to somebody who do not have this match, your friendship may prolong for long years but daily you might get some small misunderstandings. The reason is that your stars do not come inside the Dhina Porutham. You may think this as funny but just try to search for this matching between your friends star and yours you will surely be surprised to observe this is a fact indeed. Calculations The calculation is very simple. Just you must count the number of stars between the girls (counting it as one) till the boys star. For example Ashwini girl to Bharani boy the count is 2, Ashwini girl to Krithikai boy the count is 3, Bharani girl to Krithikai boy - the count is 2. You can go through the star list and start counting but just remember the girls star start first and is numbered 1 and the order shall not be missed. Supposing you get a two digit number in the counting just divide it by 9 and the balance is for the calculation. For example Ashwini girl to Magam boy counting gives you 10 dividing by 9 you get balance 1 which shall be taken for checking. The result of counting from Ashwini girl to Revathy boy is 27 and after division you get 0 but you must take it as 9. Hope you understand this simple technique. Now coming to the point the best match is those counting that fetch you 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9 (Or if you cannot understand the dividing by 9 rule 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24 and 26) are good matches. And the count result s fetching 3, 5 and 7 (or simply 3, 5, 7, 12, 14, 16, 21, 23 and 25) are poor matches. You can notice that I have left out some numbers above- 1, 10, 19 and 27. Yes they come under some special rules as below. 27th Star: If the number of star from girl to boy fetch you no.27 and if both the stars belong to same rasi then it is good match but if they fall in different rasis the match is not good.

Same Star (1): The count brings you 1 if both stars are same. If they are Rohini, Thiruvathirai, Magam, Hastham, Visakam, Thiruvonam, Uthirttathy, and Revathy then the match is accepted and called as Ega Porutham. Even you need not check other poruthams too and this is more than sufficient for a marriage to be successful. All other combinations of same stars are poor combinations. If same star combination is Bharani, Ayilyam, kettai, Moolam, Avittam, Sadayam, and poorattathy they are very bad ones and to be avoided even if they are matching with other rules. For the results that give you 10 and 19 Rajju Porutham does not match and not a good combination. There are some special rules and classifications in some Astrological scriptures but these above rules are common and successful.
