The coating systems

FS-1 is an intumescent coating system FS-5 is an ablative coating system.

Water based Non toxic Highly elastic Excellent adhesion Weather resistant Resistant to oil, mud and drilling fluids

In a fire situation, our systems will prevent:

1. 2. Ignition of the cable insulation. Release of toxic fumes from the cable insulation. Release of poisonous gas (HCL) from the cable insulation. The cable tray from melting and collapsing.

3.

4.

Areas of application
Upgrading of existing cables in order to provide fire resistant properties in accordance with the IEC-Publication 331. Our coating has been tested in a hydrocarbon fire for 60 minutes. Upgrading of existing cables in order to withstand hydrocarbon fire conditions of 1100 degree Celsius.

Areas of application
Protecting vital cables of the emergency systems that are running through high-risk areas compared to the alternative of changing or re-routing them. To comply with Solas convention regulations with regards to fire stops. Living quarters where it is required to make existing cable halogen free.

Areas of application
To repair cable jackets that have been or may be damaged by synthetic oil, mud and drilling fluids etc. To repair cable jackets that have cracked and allowing water ingress and corrosion to occur. To repair cable jackets that have been damaged by heat or outdoor environments.
