2. I have rend the rules regulating the grant of advances to Government Servants
for building of house and agree to abide by them and the terms and conditions
stipulated therein.

ii) Neither I nor my husband who is a State Government has applied for and/or
obtained an advance under these rules.
iii) NBeither I nor my husband has applied for obtained advance of loan from any
other Government source for the acquisition of a house.
iv) The house proposed to be purchased/constructed enlarged is reuired for my
bonafide personnel use.
v) The construction of the house for which the advance has been applied for, use
got yet been commenced.
vi) I do not own any house whether in my name or in the name of my wife or in the
name of my minor children.
vii) I agree to pay of the entire Government advance during the service period from
my pay leave salary and DCRG payable to me.
viii I shall meet the difference amount form my private sources and complete the
) construction with the advance
ix) I shall meet the difference amount between the cost of the house/plot and the
amount to be sanctioned from my private sources and purchase of house flat
and produce the documents within the time allowed.
x) I do not own any house/flat either in my name or in the name of my wife or in
the name of minor children except the instant house proposed for enlargement/
improvement.

 1. I have scrutinized the applicant on in terms of rules 9 (b) of the rules and have
satisfied myself of the correctness of the facts ect., stated the rain that the
applicant prescess a clear title to the property in question.
2. It is recommended that an advance of RS.------------------ may be granted to
the applicant. I have satisfied myself on the basis of monthly deduction etc.,
made from the applicant’s already that this amount is well within the repaying
capacity.
3. The amount of gratuity/DCRG due to the applicant of the date of his
superannuation (at the time of retirement) calculated on the basis of the
appointment held by the applicatnt, to the time of submitting the application
for house building advance is estimated to be RS.

5. Certified that no charge criminal proceedings or tribunal proceedings are
pending against the applicant.
6. Certified that the applicant has applied for the departmental permission under
Tamilnadu Government Servants conduct rules for the purchase of
plot/construction/purchase of the House/Flat enlargement/Improvement of
his exisiting house. The orders on the same will be sent on receipt.
7. The provisions of rules 2 (b) of the rules may be relaxed as a special case.

and execute necessary mortgage deed mortgaging the property free from my
Encumbrance as stipulated in the House Building Advance Rule.

will be borne by me from my private resources and the construction will be completed
within the time allotted as per rules.
