    International Public Notice The affirmed Citizens and Nationals of the reign of the heavens have just ratified the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The affirmed Citizens and Nationals of the reign of the heavens are also known as affirmed American Nationals within The United States of America and signatories to all agreements claimed. . This was done on purpose for many reasons that do not pertain to this posting. The affirmed Citizens and Nationals of the reign of the heavens know that there are terms in that document that are questionable; however, there is a larger reason for ratifying the Universal Declaration. Article VI of the North West Ordinance There shall be neither slavery nor involuntary servitude in the said territory, otherwise than in the punishment of crimes whereof the party shall have been duly convicted: Provided, always, That any person escaping into the same, from whom labor or service is lawfully claimed in any one of the original States, such fugitive may be lawfully reclaimed and conveyed to the person claiming his or her labor or service as aforesaid. Here is the 13th amendment almost a hundred years later: Amendment XIII Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. The word “otherwise” was replaced with “except”, so slavery was never abolished. This allowed attorneys and international bankers to accuse someone and upon conviction which is very easy to do even if someone is innocent of the charges. The United States became a corporation in 1871, so therefore, the United States could not go to convention to revise the 13th amendment to read this- Article 4 No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms. So therefore, could never abolish slavery completely, so the reign Citizens in the form of American Nationals ratified the Declaration and abolished slavery by superseding Article VI of the North West Ordinance which supersedes the 13th amendment basically because the Reign Nationals Never released their claim to the original Confederacy. Second: We keep getting requests to join the reign of the heavens as a whole, however, people also do not want to disturb their lives as they are, so we made a few changes that will let anyone who wants to be a part of the reign of the heavens can do so without too much trouble, enjoy!

    INSTRUMENT OF RATIFICATION
    On the 14th day of August, 2013 the assembly of the reign of the heavens hereby convenes. Minutes BE IT RESOLVED, that the assembly of the reign of the heavens hereby ratify the Universal Declaration of Human Rights placed in force 10 December 1948. FURTHERMORE, that Article 4 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights shall supersede Article VI of the North West Ordinance without affecting any other Article of the North West Ordinance. BE IT RESOLVED, that by ratifying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, shall lend recognition to the perfect formation of the reign of the heavens two thousand years ago, into a World Government. This ratification shall afford the opportunity for the people in any Nation or State to be a part of the reign of the heavens as a dual citizen. Another recognized status within the reign of the heavens is a reign of the heavens World Citizen and National with oath or affirmation without being a citizen of any other Nation or State under religious rights of the people and the person. RESERVATION FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that at anytime the affirmed Citizens and Nationals perceive that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights violates a well founded principle or law of the reign of the heavens, that during the execution of said principle or law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights shall be set aside in respect to the private covenant with Yahweh that all Citizens and Nationals of the reign of the heavens now currently enjoy. The Citizens and Nationals reserve the right to call the reign of the heavens a World Government with supranational jurisdiction. So ratified on the 14th day of August, 2013, by the assembly of the reign of the heavens, Kynett, Livingway, Valencia, Fulks, Moss, Meyers,
