You can find out more about time credits at www.justaddspice.org. Spending your Time Credits This menu will give you lots of ideas about where to spend your Time Credits. Public Tours of Mansion House run every Tuesday afternoon at 2pm and start from the meeting point - the A-board near the porch entrance to Mansion House, this is in Walbrook (exit 8 from Bank tube station). Please arrive at the meeting point by 1.45pm for a 2pm start. Tours cannot be booked in advance. Please note that tours may occasionally be cancelled at short notice subject to the demands on the building which is the home and office of the Lord Mayor of London; details of any changes will be published on the website (or call 020 7626 2500). Based in the heart of Deptford, the Albany is a performing arts centre with a history stretching back to the nineteenth century. Leathersellers Pavilion
All courses and classes are open to both members and non-members so you dont even have to join the Centre to take part in activities, just come along by yourself or with your friends to enjoy the fun and active atmosphere. Colfes Leisure Centre offers a welcoming atmosphere for all of its members and their guests. The Centre comprises a 25m six lane Swimming Pool, two Fitness Suites, a large Sports Hall which accommodates six badminton courts and three Tennis Courts. They also have hiring facilities for indoor cricket nets and outdoor activities on the AstroTurf pitch.

The 400m running track (and track and field facilities) has been built to the highest professional standards. Time Credits can be used Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00. If you are swimming there is no need to pre-book, the first time you visit you will need to complete a new user form. If you are using the gym you will need to call to book prior to your first visit stating that you will be using Time Credits and require a gym induction; to use the gym you will need to complete a gym induction, health questionnaire and new user form.
